I'll start.

Factory level (2-3 inch front lift) with say 275/80R18 tires on 2500 and 3500.

Locking front and rear axles available as a stand alone option on 2500 and 3500.

Low pressure turbo system for the gas 6.4, tuned for mid range power.

More gearing options
Factory lift options (4" or 6" both front and rear)
Power Wagon options for longbeds (winch, swaybar disconnect)
Low volume colors with Night Edition package
Cooled seats in lower trims with bench seats
Megacab longbed (from the factory)
Wheel/Tire delete option (or a basic cheapo throwaway set option)
A la carte menu for all options individually

Care to elaborate?

Probably on 2500. The 10,000 GVWR cap is merely a sticker related to fee based registration by locality, not a mechanical limitation. Check out the build & price on a 2021 Silverado HD and you'll see you have 4 options of GVWR to pick, up to I think 11,650, none of which actually change anything mechanical.

Register that truck in Ohio (example, dunno exact states), and its a commercial vehicle based on a higher than class 2B 10,000 GVWR. Register the same truck in Arizona and it's the same as the 10,000 cap truck.

As far as the thread question, I think UConnect or Ram, who's ever in charge of it, could do a lot by expanding the view area on the screens without even having to change the physical size of them. In the GM stuff, a lot of the fixed menu bars disappear when not used. In the Ram, I go into reverse and the screen is chopped down by a title bar that tells me which camera is rear and which one is 360. No ****. Thanks for the help. The rest of the time the favorites menu and quick buttons are permanently affixed to the screen. It would be nice to have an option to touch the screen once and have all the stuff appear rather than it always being there. Kind of like the disappearing Start menu until you mouse over from Windows 95.

While I'm on screens, it would be nice if they put a better processor/RAM in the 12" unit. Being an IT hobbiest, most of the constant complaints I hear about that screen seem related to a lack of horsepower driving it like the early auto infotainment systems industry wide.

Ability to delete SiriusXM stations I don't listen to. I can do this in my GTI.
Ability to fit 40" tires like a Ford. :D

I must be behind on my surfing.

I've seen the FabFours open fender kit that allows 40s on a leveled SuperDuty, but then again, they have the same for a leveled Heavy Duty as well.

Yeah, locking portal axles would be the ultimate. Wouldn't even need a lift, because the axles themselves would provide what 8 inches lift or so? I would have gladly paid a few thousand for that option, and I imagine that many others would too.
