Yaaaah im think to doo that but I really like the new rebel and The interior is really nice and also it’s diesel so that’s why I’m stuck to wait this is my week 11

Life goes on and Ram didn't do anything to keep you informed as when you might get it. I can't figure out what makes them think that people are going to wait indefinitely when there are other options out there.
I know this is a Ram HD forum but it sure would be nice to see what Ram pushed you to buy.

Yes, good luck with your new adventures and I totally understand your decision! I'm lucky enough to have another truck to use while I wait for mine. Like b307a1 said, post pictures!
 
Any movement on orders placed around Jan 18? Seen they moved estimated build times to 14-16 weeks. As of last week my dealer was showing a ship date of March 10 which is today, build sheet nor window sticker has popped up yet. Thanks.

I see where RAM delivery is much much better than the Ford deliveries of 22/23 weeks. Funny how several mentioned the Ford tracking system is much better for an ordered vehicle, well I guess they can watch it do nothing for a long time using that site!

At least watching it, they will know more information than it is sitting at the body vendor for 28 days, no explanation, just it is. Ridiculous customer service is what Ram has. Can anyone else tell i am getting fed up? It would just be nice to have an explanation for what I am waiting for.
 
Just FYI. I've looked up probably more than 40 F450's in my search where it shows all the info (order date, build date, ship date, delivery date, etc) and they are averaging 6 to 8 weeks not 22 or 23 weeks. Not saying that isn't happening but its not the norm. I think both brands are suffering from COVID related and/or part supply issues. Ford just does a better job keeping the customer informed of the status, and allows the customer to see dates without chatting with a useless marketing toolbox call RamChat which offers nothing but canned responses. Does it make it better? Guess that is opinion.

Have any pics of the F450 you are about to be driving? Feel free to PM. I love vehicles of all makes, I just can't get down with the current Ford interiors compared to the Ram. Certainly understand your decision given your circumstances. Best of luck!

Ordered Jan 18. Build sheet popped up today and ram chat says it’s headed to body vendor. Just to give others a clue on time frames. Mega cab 2500 Laramie Cummins night edition.
