My dealer called today to say it was being prepared for transport now. Other trucks they have received recently have taken about 2 weeks to get to them after being built. So if that is correct I am looking at early March, or right about 9-10 weeks from the date I ordered (December 29).

Sweet thanks for doing. Crazy our huge 2500’s “only” have a payload of 1655 but then most seem to realize that number is dialed down quite a bit. RAM would make a fortune offering 2k limit increase for $500 or whatever.

My ship date changed 3 times. I ordered 10/30 and mine was built 1/17 and shipped 1/18. My truck is sitting at the rail yard right now 25 miles from the dealership, but it has one more stop to another rail yard about 15 minutes from the dealership before they can pick it up. Maybe by middle next week I’ll have it.
 
2200 posts. Anyone have time to layout the data on a spreadsheet? Member, Order Date, Received Date, location ordered from. May be able to get an accurate representation of time it’s taking for customers to get their trucks based on their location.

Any Canadians on here that know how long it took to get your VIN number after placing the order? Not sure why it is so different in Canada vs the USA but I ordered mine 5 weeks ago and still don't have a VIN number
 
21 weeks to the day my truck has arrived at the dealership. Received a email from Stellantis Information Center updating my order status as arrived at destination dealership and wishing me the best travels with my new vehicle. Also, stating appreciation for my patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. Thanks for welcoming me to the Ram family.
 
Got the call yesterday! My truck is in! Frankly, I'm pleasantly surprised that it arrived when it did (almost 10 weeks exactly from order to arrival). I live in New Jersey, and we've been getting hit with all these snow storms, which I thought would cause shipping delays (It was shipped 28 Jan, projected arrival 17 Feb. Arrived 18 Feb).

For all those still in D1 and awaiting shipping... keep the faith! Its well worth the wait

Great looking truck! I have the same one ordered, minus the mega cab. How do you like the hemi with the 4.10?

I ordered on Jan 2nd and my scheduled ship date is 2/25 so I don't expect to see a build sheet until then or a day or 2 before. Don't be worried :) Mine is still in D1 Status as of Yesterday.

The truck had no funny business associated with it where it needed to be fixed or go back to the plant, it’s just fca not having their crap together. Mine has been built since the same time, and has been sitting in the Toledo rail yard since 2-1-2021, just got a text from my sales rep and he said it's now supposed to be shipped on 3-3-2021. What a joke.

You are correct they will build the truck 1-3 days before your estimated ship date.

Where would a person get that database, the whole set of forum posts? Take a page at a time? No thanks, 112 pages...
If you can get all posts into single file, I might be able to write a python script, to grab and line up the data...

Beautiful truck! I've got a very similar truck on order but with RamBoxes. Could I ask you what your payload sticker says? Hope you enjoy the new rig.
 
You can see order updates in my signature. Yesterday I received a firm build date of 3-5-21 which was encouraging because I thought it might mean they would meet their original dealer arrival estimate of 3-18-21. Today I got another update that my truck won't ship until 3-24-21. Then it has 2 trains and a boat to Anchorage. I'm getting nervous because I have a drop dead date of 4-14-21 to pick it up.
