Received email yesterday afternoon notifying me that my new 3500, ordered 2/5 has an estimated delivery of 4/6 to the dealer. If that hold true, then about 9 weeks.

You're absolutely right. I figure I might check in with my dealer next week to see if we've gotten to D1 status yet, but she's usually pretty good about reaching out to me with updates so maybe I'll just be patient.

What trim level? that's exciting news since I ordered the day before you! Hopefully your date holds true!

Just to let you know I ordered mine on 1-10-2021 and it is still in the same area as yours shows, all parts are ready waiting to start build. And I just checked today and still no progress even though it says estimated ship date 3-03-2021, I'm not getting my hopes up to get it before the end of March at that rate .

If it says ship date is 3/3. It will be built 1-3 days before that date.

Maybe if they do batches, they do them in ascending trim order, so mine will be a week at a time. That's what I'd like to think anyways :D
 
OK guys, I'm finally here. Where's the back of the line? Lol
Ordered mine today from Auburn WA, about 400 miles away from me.
Philip Olson is the guy I dealt with. Good guy to work with.
3500 Tradesman 4×4 CC in Olive green.
Gas motor
Chrome package
Snow chief
Bed protection package
8.4 screen
And a couple of other little things.
 
Dealer just informed me that my build date is 3/19, so hoping for an early April delivery!!

Back in January, my POC doc was showing a shipping date of 2/17, which is today. but when I checked a week or two ago, that had moved out a week. I'm guessing the availability of the window sticker does not mean the truck is necessarily being shipped immediately??

I think it’s nuts that you have to pay to upgrade to cloth seats. I would pay to upgrade from cloth to vinyl, but that’s just me.

My dealer called today to say it was being prepared for transport now. Other trucks they have received recently have taken about 2 weeks to get to them after being built. So if that is correct I am looking at early March, or right about 9-10 weeks from the date I ordered (December 29).
