The problem is: You’re only going to get anecdotal evidence from people here. See below.

I went with 3.73s after looking at both 3.73 and 4.10 trucks. The gear ratios in the ZF are very good. The first gear is 5:1 and the overdrives are great, too. I went up to tires that measure 35” (not 37”s) and it’s wonderful for road trips or grocery getting (unladen).

When I do load it down, I have a somewhat heavy gas 2500. (bumper, winch, recover gear, trailer spare, tools) and pull a 6500lb trailer/trail rig behind me about 30% of the time according to the tow computer. I don’t think the truck has any problems here either. Of course it doesn’t stay in 8th gear as long but that’s why 8 speed transmissions are great, there is always a gear for what you need to do.

YMMV

Might want to post something in the Power Wagon forum... a lot of those guys are running 37's with the 6.4L and 4.10 axles. From what I've read I the 37's are fine with the 4.10 gears but definitely more sluggish than with the stock tires, I wouldn't go any bigger without regearing. Is this going to be an overland rig? 40's would be sweet!

Here's a post that has some good info:

Well let's see, 2020 PW 6.4l w/4.10s obviously on 35"Nitto RGs and on a level interstate at around 2000ft I get 10.2mpg with the cruise set at 95 on a trued speedo. Does that help? ;)

I though after 85 the cruise didnt work? Or do you mean km/h

Cruise works just fine at 95 MPH.

ETA: my normal cruise is 85 in a 80 and I usually see around 12ish MPG, I've seen almost 14 but never over that on a flat calm 60 MPH...

Any info on where to source steeper gears for these trucks? I've been unable to locate anyone making 4.30 or 4.56-ish for 19+ trucks.

I would say give Nitro Gear a call, sounds like that's who AEV is using.
I've already spoken to Nitro, Yukon, and USA Standard. None of those currently offer R&P for 19+ HD Rams.

I have a call in to AEV, awaiting callback.

No worries. A little frustrating since they've been out for 2+ years now. I'm guessing it's largely due to the offroad (jeep, etc) world wanting the Ford super duty front axles over the Ram.
