Dont wear skinny jeans you wont have that feelingThank you, it is for sure bigger than what I’ve had in the past for Ram, I get they probably wanted folks to be able to hit the buttons with gloves on etc. but damn it’s like having a fat wallet in ones pocket
I just traded a 19 1500 DT for my 2500. The fob for the 2500 is bigger overall. Thicker and a smidge longer but narrower at the same time. Kind of like an egg. At least for mine. Mine is the basic fob no start or tailgate drop. My 1500 had remote start and was still smaller.
For the guy saying the range sucks, put the fob to your chin while you press the buttons. Works like a charm. I’ll probably get a brain tumor some day from it but it works every time for me.
If you think the Ram fob is big, check out a Jeep wrangler JL fob! The thing is huge!
Lots of Jeep logos, yes.. and easter eggs hidden throughout.
Have you driven wranglers in the past? This is by far the nicest and best driving they have ever been. I still would not want to daily drive mine, but no longer are you making such huge comfort compromises and sacrifices to drive a Jeep...I have been daily driving mine since August when I blew the motor on my last 6.7 Ram. Thankful to have the Jeep back to recreational duty.
The price has gotten insane, but so has the price on everything...and now they have the tech, luxury features, plus all the traditional Jeep features they are known for...so it kind of makes sense.
