I have not, been told two times that they have made a case number and I will be contacted in less then 48 working hours...
I had the same issue and was told that it's up to the selling dealer to enter your email address in the order system. Contact them and ask if they did; if not then ask them if they're able to add your email to the order.
 
I checked Ram Chat on Friday and they said all parts are gathered and no build date. I check for my build sheet today and it showed up. Chatted with Ram Chat and they said my truck was built on 12/12 and was pending additional equipment which I guess is the spray-in bed liner. Getting a little closer!
I was able to pull up build sheet today. I think it may be out for bed liner and running boards now. I
Joining in as well, order date 10/24 for a 2021 Limited 3500 HO DRW in white. Got mostly fully loaded. Just got a call from the dealer with a new ship date as 1-4-21, crossing my fingers that ship date is legit so I can use my cash offer bonus before it expires.

Have you got a build sheet yet?

I dont think that works very well from my experience. My email is in the system and yet I dont get updates..

Negative, still no update I’ve been in sequenced to build for like 3 weeks now. I just checked in this morning with no new update from ram chat, and still no build sheet.

I was in D1 status for 7 weeks and since Friday my truck has been built I believe it is now out for the running boards and for the bed liner. I have no idea how long it will be before it's put on a train headed for Portland Oregon.
 
If I were a business owner and a customer is buying one of my most expensive products, Id be sure to make customer service for the "sold" product priority. 12 weeks and counting.

Nice, when was your order date? And what exactly was your build?

I think like most sales-driven organizations their primary focus is new sales. That said, I completely agree with your sentiment, but don't have enough experience with FCA/Ram support to comment on their commitment to supporting customers who've ordered trucks. I can say however, that I find it surprising that VOTS was done away with. I haven't done much research, but am curious if anyone knows why it went away. Order tracking exists and the company uses SalesForce. I don't know what VOTS was built on, but can say from experience that it shouldn't take more than a few hours to get tracking data into SalesForce and out to the respective customers.

From calling and speaking with multiple Ram Care reps on the phone I think they are working from home. Def not hard lined into FCA/RAM computer system. I used the VOTS system when I ordered my Wrangler JKU with success 8 years ago. Tracking my order hasn't been about receiving an actual delivery date but i have pursued it for need to budget my finances. my trucks ETA has changed 3 times...

I ordered on 10/26 I received my vin number two days later. I ordered 2021 Ram 3500 Big Horn, HO Diesel, SRW, CC, 8' bed, 50 gal tank, bed liner, towing package, sport appearance package because it was not an option on my order but the order would not go through without adding it, Level 2 package, block heater, that's about it.
 
This whole buying experience for a Ram truck has been anything but acceptable. I don't do BS and have no patience for anyone/company who cant keep their word. one day I get one answer and next get something completely different. Been 12 weeks since I ordered on 9/24 and have called ram chat numerous time inquiring about build date, delivery etc. was told to call back today 12/16 for info on my built truck on 12/14/20. Today was told it may be another 6wks.. Ordered a 2500 CCSB diesel with most options available... Hey RAM I deserved better than to be treated this way.
I am in same boat, going on 12 weeks, dealer don't respond, ram chat gives same canned reply, beginning to wonder if the product is going to be as bad as the customer service.

I ordered on the 24th of oct and got all the same stuff as you, I just got the limited drw package but no build yet.

I definitely feel your pain
I ordered my truck 9/14
Last I heard was it was waiting additional equipment and that was before Thanksgiving
 
I also ordered 9/14 with truck being built mid November. Today Ram Chat escalated it to a case manager who called and said it’s sitting in Mexico with no ETA , they will update me weekly or when it leaves.

I was told two days ago that it would be escalated but haven't heard anything
