The Woman on Ram Chat said that she was going to put a request to have my order reviewed so they can see what the hold up is. I ordered on 14/09 received build sheet on the 21/11 still don't have a window sticker or ship date

I just spoke with Ram Chat this morning on mine and they said mine was released by the plant for shipping however no ETA has been provided and that this would be the last update. I was originally given a 12/18 build date but it was built on 12/12

Ramboxes, Black Painted Wheels, Bed utility, 12" Screen, Safety Group, Towing Group, Level 2, and 17 speaker stereo. I nearly went for the 75th edition package mostly for the center console, but I just dont like the brown seats. Plus, that floor shifter is pretty cool.
 
How does one get their VIN? Going through the thread I see it takes 3-4 weeks after the order, but how do you get it? The dealer?

I ordered on 10/30/2020 and had my Vin on !1/02/2020.
The dealer can provide that to you on your order. Some dealers will not release the VIN until you hit D1 status on your order and some just give it out when it is available. Depends on the dealer. You can still call or chat with Ram using the VON thou.

Not one. Ever. I call my Salesman weekly and he's clueless. RAM Chat is the only place I've gotten any info

I received one yesterday that alerted me to my truck entering the assembly process. That was the first one I received.

If you can get the popup again then try applying for the discount again. I was able to extend mine a few days
 
I just had a mild heart attack. I contacted FCA trying to obtain a status for the 2500 I ordered and got back a response about my new "1500".
After some back and forth I was able to confirm that the rep had provided the wrong vehicle model but the status was in fact for my truck.
Happy to announce I have a VIN, the materials have arrived, and my *2500* is scheduled to be built!

I have not, been told two times that they have made a case number and I will be contacted in less then 48 working hours...
