was just told mine was in the paint stage...any idea how long from there? Ram chat said probably early to mid January
 
I checked Ram Chat on Friday and they said all parts are gathered and no build date. I check for my build sheet today and it showed up. Chatted with Ram Chat and they said my truck was built on 12/12 and was pending additional equipment which I guess is the spray-in bed liner. Getting a little closer!

How did you check for your build sheet?
 
Ordered on 9/14, mid-October dealer provided an estimated shipping date "11/24". On 11/20 the dealer said the estimated shipping date was no longer in the system. 11/23 build sheet populated, 11/24 shipped to storage, 11/30 shipped to body vendor. 2 weeks later same status... Ram Chat "Your order is on Schedule", Me, "great , what's the shipping date"?, Ram Chat "We don't have one but, It's on schedule"... SMH...
 
Joining in as well, order date 10/24 for a 2021 Limited 3500 HO DRW in white. Got mostly fully loaded. Just got a call from the dealer with a new ship date as 1-4-21, crossing my fingers that ship date is legit so I can use my cash offer bonus before it expires.

Brake assist = In an emergency brake situation, the system applies maximum braking power, minimizing the stopping distance
Ready Alert Braking (RAB) = Anticipates situations when the driver may initiate an emergency brake stop and uses the ESC pump to set brake pads against rotors to decrease the time required for full brake application
 
Ordered a 2021 2500 Laramie - CCLB - 4x4 - 6.4L - 4.10 - Silver. Got most of the packages on it. Truck was ordered 11/20, today I was told it's scheduled to be built 1/10 and delivered about 30 days after that.
 
Sounds about right. I ordered on 11/3 and was told a 12/18 build date but mine was built on 12/12
 
I think a lot of CC HOs will be built this week, mine included 11/1 order date
 
Ordered a 21 2500 Laramie 9/29.. 11/19 was able to see build sheet.. 11/25 recieved and email saying it was built waiting finale inspection and room on carrier..12/9 received an email saying nothing has changed.. still don't have a window sticker... ill be at 12 weeks tomorrow.. not sure what is going on with it now.. wasn't givin any code except js from the dealer on 11/25.. my 1500$ expires 1/23..
 
Getting any vehicles out of Mexico this fall was a struggle for Kansas City southern and I’m guessing that has been the holdup for your truck
 
The bonus cash worked for me, just go to ramtrucks.com both on computer (chrome) and iphone (safari). On the computer the pop up (ram badge and fields) automatically came up on middle of screen, on the phone it was a little box at the bottom that said bonus cash.

If someone needs one, I got one open. I'll be on for a little while and then throughout the day.
 
Question. Has anyone ever received updates via email from Ram? The only updates I've ever received are from contacting my dealer
 
I talked to ram chat yesterday my truck is still awaiting additional equipment and has been since before Thanksgiving.
This week is 14 weeks since ordered
The Woman on Ram Chat said that she was going to put a request to have my order reviewed so they can see what the hold up is. I ordered on 14/09 received build sheet on the 21/11 still don't have a window sticker or ship date
