Yea dealership said that might get before January but not holding my breath but when ordered was told 10 to 12 weeks which looks closer to 16 to 20
 
I ordered a BigHorn, 3500 4x4, HO, CCSB on 10 Nov 2020 and its been in D1 status for 3 weeks. To date, not seeing a single 2021 3500 HO build completed on this site, I think I’m going to fall back on the old military slang .....”hurry up and wait.” It’s going to be a long while before I see a window sticker for the truck I ordered.

This thread is not very encouraging lol, I am going on 12 weeks now, 3500 HO with bed util group, gooseneck prep group, running boards, but it has been at the offsite vendor for 3 weeks now. Ram chat just said this:
Me (12/12/2020, 2:27:51 PM): is there any shipping delays going on now, any strikes or other hold ups
Ram Chat (12/12/2020, 2:28:16 PM): No, there has not been any reported delays, we are expecting all orders to stay on schedule

I ordered almost the same truck. I will be in D1 status for seven weeks on Monday. Must be some hold up with the 3500 HO combo doesn't seem anyone is progressing with the 2021 builds.

Ford stated that they "may" have issues with the Sonora blockades because their (Ford Bronco Sport) Hermosillo plant is in Sonora. Sonora is almost 900 miles west of the Saltillo Ram production facilities. With Saltillo being much closer to Texas, (Hermosillo is near San Diego) it's unlikely that Ram shipments would be effected. Sure, that is some small % of it. If you do a bit more googling for a few seconds you can quickly read up on blockades/bottlenecks in ports of entry in Texas as well. In addition to it how do you think that steel/parts arrive at the assembly plant? Do you think they only come from 1 direction?

Dealer said it’s off the train! Now it’s last journey is via semi to the dealer hopefully in next 3-5 days!

What part of the US are you in? both of are trucks where built and shipped on the same day so curious how close mine may be.

You do realize the 2021 HO's got upgrades from the 2020's, correct? I ordered my truck over a month before you, the original build date is 12/16 which is still almost a week away. There's an article, if people would actually read which states HO production to START IN DECEMBER. So it apparently doesn't mean anything that I ordered 10/3. HO production started in December.
 
Is it really still possible to order a 2020? Ram web site seems to say it is, and there's a color I want that has been discontinued for 2021. Anybody know?

Nope all orders would be for 2021 now for sure. If you want a 20 it will have to come off the lot somewhere.
 
So if you can finnaly see your window sticker does that mean it could of or will be shipping?

I'm curious what the hold up is with some of the other trucks, or if I just got really lucky with timing.

Thanks for the information. We're almost half way through December and no HO builds are yet to be seen. Just sayin.
 
Do you have to pay to get the window sticker or is there a free site to get it?
