What did you do TO your RAM today?

50% added to the factory rears, 20% on front sides and 35% on windshield. I had planned on 50% for the windshield but they ran out after the rears so I opted for slightly darker and am loving it.
What state are you in where you can tint the windshield?

Had the windows tinted. No longer a convection oven.

Also added the kaodtech cable so I could adjust TPMS settings and disable the fog light dropout, but none of that was picture worthy.
Did that to mine also . Much cooler . lasso put a strip on the front ont top .

My son has limo tint on his back windows and a dark tint on his windshield. I've been in it at night and don't understand how he hasn't gotten smacked by something he can't see coming or rolled over a pedestrian.
Yeah, I’m not a fan of tinting windshields. Especially all the way down to 35%. Aside from the actual reduc in visibility you’re opening yourself up to huuuuge liability if you’re in an accident.

I hate driving in low light conditions with tinted windows.

Hah, that would have been nice. I used a 2’ breaker bar.

I put this new hitch on and then attached this cool boat to the hitch.

@NordicNevs what do you think of the sway bar?

I’ll be honest. I was not expecting a lot in terms of improvement. However I was very surprised and I have taken it on a number of articulating terrain and it’s been fantastic.

So for the money, I would strongly recommend it.

Still waiting on my King 2.5s and Thuren coils since that should round the truck out nicely but I am glad I installed it when I did so I could get an OE replacement impression.

Very pleased.

Installed KC LED lights under the hood.

I snaked the two wires inside the rubber sleeve protecting the washer fluid line.

Everything covered with Techflex (except inside that tube) and taped as needed with Tessa high heat tape. Engine bay part also covered with split loom and taped.

Pinned to AUX3 and the Ground provided in the upfitter plugs. Labeled for reference.

Changed AUX3 fuse to the lowest available in the AUX PDC (20A) Need to find a smaller (3-5A) fuse for these lights if they make a (J?) cartridge fuse that small.

Since I only had one (AUX5) connection left open in the lower plug, I plugged it in and blunt cut sealed it with two layers of marine heat shrink.

I did not get pics during the build, but assembled a weatherpack connection to bring power and ground to both lights and tied it up to the washer fluid line under the liner.

Used the KC provided round connectors behind the panel to allow for easy change out if needed, and left some maintenance slack to enable access without dropping the panel.

I used a couple of these body clips I had on hand with large head metal screws and a washer to hold the lights to the existing holes. Perfect fit.

Shaved off the post on the other broken clips and drilled them to use as washers for the same body clips with their provided plastic screws.

I wouldn't mind adding a reflector "hood" to these if I can figure something out.

Glad to hear someone else confirming my findings. A couple weeks in and it’s still the most effective single item I’ve ever installed on a vehicle.
