Are the prices of NEW 2025 Ram Cummins decreasing? For example, I saw a NEW 2025 Ram 2500 Laramie (Crew Cab, Cummins, 4WD) for $64,000 in GA. Plus, I have seen some loaded Big Horms in the $61-$62K range. Several weeks back these same trucks were several thousands more....

The 2026 models are coming in, and they have to move the 2025 out.

this is almost a joke as I have been waiting on my '25 for over 4 months now. Lets see if they have added more more to the pot

jetlag, Yes, maybe they will give you more discounts/incentives, etc the day you take delivery! Keep us updated...

I will. It should be here this coming week, and to rub the wound raw, I will be out of the country the next 2 weeks

Aren’t there already 26’s on the lots? If so I’d be making them order a 26 for the 25 price.

I've been wanting to upgrade my 2022 1500 to a 2500 for a year now. Recently been paying more attention when ram announced the 2026 models will have an extended warranty for 10 years 100,000 miles. Been watching the local dealers for a few weeks. Then two weekends ago i noticed my local dealer had two trucks that both stickered for $76,580 were marked down to $65,966 online. They are both Bighorns that are nicely equipped. Figured for sure that I would get to the dealer and hear some BS. Walked the lot and saw them both, told the salesman I wasn't here to play games. Told them I wanted the price as advertised and too much for my trade. Gave them a number that I wanted to be the difference. Took a few back and Forths the then they got down to $400.00 over what I had initially said I would pay. Walked away with a great deal on a 2026 in my opinion. Oddly enough they had 2025 trucks on the lot equipped the same with no discount. It is really odd to me that a truck with a better warranty that has a production date of Aug 2025 (trucks barely a month old!) is selling cheaper than stuff thats one model year older, less warranty and been on the lot longer. Now my boss has a 2018 he has been thinking about trading in, showed him my deal and now he is gonna head to the dealer this weekend.

Mbren1979, super sharp truck! Congratulations! Sounds like you got a very good deal---as compared to a few months back. I think you are going to like it a LOT better than the 1500. Did they change anything with the 2026--other than a longer factory warranty?

From what I understand the 2025 and 2026 have no changes other than software updates.

The warranty is good but not explained well untill i got a call from the after sales customer support team. Thankfully she sent me the internal documents they recieved from Ram of North America. Base warranty is the same. Power train is extended from 5 years to 10 years. However they don't tell people that this offer is only on 2026 model year trucks sold from dealer inventory from 9/2/2025 thru 1/2/2026. It is also only for the original owner and cannot be transfered. I finally recieved my paperwork and can see the extension of the warranty online. The warranty is done thru Mopar FlexCare Warranty.

I just got a 2025 4x4 Bighorn with 14 miles on it for $58,112. MSRP was $75,755

I'm quite happy with it. There are 2 more on the lot just like it.

WOW! Great deal....proud for you!
I have seen a couple new 2025 Ram 2500's in this price range, but they have had hail damage.
You are going to really like it... Hopefully these 2025's are going to prove to be super reliable!

No trade. They only offered 19,500 for my 19 2500 6.4 with only 68,000 miles. So I'm going to sell it on my own

If the 2019 6.4L had the Power Wagon package it would sell for twice that $19,500 here in the Rockies. Sure miss not having Hill Descent on our 2024 Ram 3500 4x4 Tradesman Level 2 6.7L that your 2025 Bighorn 4x4 has. Maybe it's a feature that most people don't use, but on our 2016 Ram PW it's utilized a lot in winter on our steep gravel roads.

Gas trucks in general bleed value much quicker than their oil burning counterparts.

It’s crazy how the most efficient engine is not utilized more in vehicles in the US. I won’t go into the reasons why. Don’t want to derail.

Mine is actually built up like a PW. Only thing I don't have is the lockers. And my front sway bar is a manual disconnect that I never keep connected. Rides so much better without it. But the rest of the suspension is all OEM Power Wagon. Even has the PW flares

I am pulling off my air bags, winch bumper, wheels, tires, and slider style side steps to put on my new one. Might even pull the flares off if paint is in good condition.

So it'll go back to stock except still have the PW suspension. It's a great truck. Nothing wrong with it.

Well, after looking at it, dealers usually offer less money for modified vehicles.

You should have negotiated the best price for the new truck first and then surprise them with a trade in. Don’t even drive the truck you plan to trade in to the dealership.

It's not a Power Wagon, but a nice looking Poser Wagon.
