2025 RAM HD Builds and Orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Update on my hail situation. Dealer is refusing to honor the 2025 pricing agreement we had for the 2025 build, and not only has said I will need to pay the 2026 pricing on a re-order but has quoted me $3600 more than I was set to pay on the 2025. They have said there is no support from Ram for those now pushed into 2026 orders. Needless to say I am not okay with now waiting another several months and paying over 3 grand more than was arranged on the 2025 so I will be seeking my deposit back and re-assessing. Brutal experience…
2025-2026 changeover was damn near flat.... curious to see your build and what the price was before/after. Spill it!
To be honest, though, we HAVE had issues where Stellantis didn't price protect a MY changeover, it was years ago we had a wrangler hit by tornado, and they had started the next year by the time this happened (he was one of the last orders). They ended up working with him but it was a nightmare.

Anyway, share that dang build and what the pricing was lets find out if someone was also being a little opportunistic

Thanks for the update. I called Ram Customer Cares this morning and they didn't divulge anything beyond what the dealer has told me... "It's waiting to be loaded on a train." They did take all my info, so maybe I'll get a follow-up call/e-mail.

I can see myself eating my $1,000 Personal Bonus Cash + $2,000 Bonus Cash Allowance + incremental cost increase to replace my 2025 order w/a 2026. :(

Ah sorry, I should have asked.... or known.... that it was going to be CAD.

2025 US price was $94210, less $1K in rebates = $93210

2026 US price is $95690, no rebates

Difference for US is 2.7% YOY
Your difference quoted in CAD is 3.2% YOY

Thanks. So the price increases appear legitimate but it’s still a huge piss off for my order to be delayed even longer (I had originally ordered in March), now to start over and the cherry on top to be told I now would owe a bunch more money. I’m not impressed.

Mother nature can be quite rude! but at least you know that in this case, your ire can be directed at Stellantis not price protecting, rather than the dealership :)

This would have been my fourth Ram in a row but I’m now ticked off enough that I might explore Chev/GM options instead out of principle.

FINALLY got an update.
checked the customer tracking and saw my truck went into production on Aug. 4th with an estimated arrival of Oct. 18th, wasn't happy with that but at least I saw movement.

about an hour later, my dealer called and said " I have great news" I said: I saw my truck finally went into production, he said "no, its built and awaiting transport" in KZ status (released by plant awaiting transport, dealer invoiced) he then was able to confirm it will be coming by train from Saltillo. no ETA just yet but he says we should get one one its on the car for transport.

As sad as Ram has been with treating their paying customers, I would go with another brand before going through all that again. My 2025 order went smooth and was super happy with the turn around but from what I see now its total guess on when or if you get your truck.

Interesting, I haven't heard a thing since mine was "KZ - awaiting for final inspection - July 24th"... I guess I'll have to reach out to the dealer again. I hate bugging them, but if the tracker functioned properly we'd all have the info we want. Why even have the tracker?

Did you get your window sticker yet?

I know this is directed towards another person but my info about my truck was one week late on the tracker compared to what the dealer told me. Meaning dealer said truck was built and did not show up on tracker for one week. Plus the tracker had the window sticker at the same time. Only 26 days from the order to truck being built. Thought that was pretty good.

26 days is really good. So far I'm at 108 days. I figure at least another 30 until it gets here, if not 60...ugh.

How about those guys that had their truck waiting for 3 weeks in Baltimore & Illinios? Did you guys ever get your trucks?

Still waiting on my truck. It’s been sitting in the shipping yard near Chicago for a month now. Tracker just keeps extending the delivery time by a week. Asked my dealer what’s going on they said it hasn’t been loaded on a truck yet. It’s getting ridiculous. $60000+ sold trucks they won’t ship but will ship unsold trucks and to top it off it’s only 6-7 hours away.

Same experience here, updates from dealer showed up in tracker 3-5 days after they saw the progress. 90 days for me I think a lot of people have a longer wait as transport do different areas of the country seem very complex with a lot of delays. Really paid off to go with Mark Dodge to get truck the fastest.

Totally agree. Clearly the unsold white tradesman trucks are higher priority. Case in point, I’m seeing plenty of 2023/2024’s with utility boxes still on lots (make it make sense).
