2025 RAM HD Builds and Orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Can someone tell me why some Laramie’s have heated rear seats and others don’t. I’m seeing this with autotrader listings (photo’s). I’ve read the Ram “standard features” and package options front to back and back to front and can’t figure out why some do and some don't have this feature. Not a deal breaker for me either way, just a bit confused.

I hadn't seen any option package that put heated seats in the rear on a Laramie thought that was something you have to go up to the limited for (at least in MY25). @AnthonyRI is the order guru maybe he knows the answer?

Scratch that apparently its part of LVL2 Plus but not listed on build sheet (post below).

I'll be damned, it's not in my build sheet but sure enough just went and looked and the truck has heated rear seats.

Hi everyone,

New member here. Been lurking for awhile.

2025 Ram 3500 Limited Mega Cab White SRW w/ Factory Air
Order placed: 4/22/25
Scheduled: 6/13/25
In Production:6/24/25
Built: 6/25/25
Shipped:6/25/25:
Delivered to Dealer: 7/18/25
Completed transaction: 7/31/25 (Was out of town for work when it got delivered)

Price negotiated: 92781(EP cost) from 103275
OTD: 101449.49 (Cash)

Arrived 7/31/25 to complete the transaction. Dealer did not notify me until I arrived that the truck has a cracked windshield from transport. Fairly irritated that they did not contact me ahead of time to let me know when it was delivered that it had damage, so that definitely makes it suspicious for whom could be liable for the damage. Currently have contacted @RamCares to help expedite the repair process with the dealer and to clarify who was liable for the damage and who is going to make up for my lost time immediately out the gate when purchasing a new vehicle north of 100k.

Dealership where the purchase was made is Prestige CDJR in Las Vegas (NW area).
I wouldn't say it was easy to get EP, but I was able to on a 2025. Same goes to ensuring there are no additional dealer services and add ons. After all the back and forth on email. The actual transaction was seamless and smooth at the dealer since they knew the terms I wanted to by the vehicle. Other than them holding out and not informing me about the damage until I arrived, overall the experience was just ok.

Hope this helps people whom have ordered a truck or thinking about ordering one.

Hello @RamCares, private message was sent 20 minutes before this post. Thank you for the reply to this thread.

So I found out today my truck was a hail victim and is undeliverable. Dealer has offered to put in a 2026 order or try and track down a similar spec vehicle from other lots. Wish I didn’t have to wait three months to learn that. I was told there was around 18k vehicles damaged though

That is terrible, but probably still good enough for what I need.

Mine was built 6/18 and crickets since. Wonder if it was damaged by this hail event

Sorry to hear about your bad luck.

For those waiting for trucks that are stuck in storage lots for 3 weeks or still waiting in Mexico, this truck was built in the last couple weeks and already on a lot for sale, wtf.

I thought you would like this New 2025 RAM 2500 Big Horn for $54915 on Autotrader http://atcm.co/S2PVDP/2CF736E8.

Over 25 hours of driving across 2 days but the new rig is at home! Left it in the driveway after our morning dog park run to start putting all the crap back in and some new accessories on her. Everyone at Mark Dodge was absolutely a joy to work with, never had so many people at a dealership come introduce themselves and say thanks for the business with genuine enthusiasm. My wife isn't gonna let me get a new one in quite some time but I guarantee the next one will come from MD when the time comes.
I also had a great experience with Mark Dodge. I would buy again from them in the future.

I swear, if I see a truck like I ordered on a lot, I'm cancelling my order, lol. That one is getting close. Meanwhile, mine sits down in the port of Baltimore for a month. No eta from dealer on shipping and were only 1.5 hours from the port.

I picked up the truck! Loving it so far. I happened to open the RAM app and noticed that the fuel level that the app is reporting is 63% whereas the digital gauge is reporting somewhere around 75% or higher. Is this normal on the first tank of gas? For SA, it’s a RAM 2500 6.4 HEMI.

Update on my hail situation. Dealer is refusing to honor the 2025 pricing agreement we had for the 2025 build, and not only has said I will need to pay the 2026 pricing on a re-order but has quoted me $3600 more than I was set to pay on the 2025. They have said there is no support from Ram for those now pushed into 2026 orders. Needless to say I am not okay with now waiting another several months and paying over 3 grand more than was arranged on the 2025 so I will be seeking my deposit back and re-assessing. Brutal experience…

Hell I'd be telling them to pound sand and find another dealer after getting your deposit back.
