Dually fender flares

If I'm gonna do PPF, I'd rather get all the fender wrapped so that the mud sitting inside the flare doesn't sit directly against my fender. I'm hitting up a shop later this week to see if they can do that for me.
Plus, if I ever decide I no longer want the flares, then I'd have to remove that inch strip of ppf. But if I get the whole thing covered, I could actually leave it on and I think it'd look fine.

The thing I hate about rubber mud flaps is how they bend into the tire and get ripped off when I'm offroad. I have lots of vehicles with rubber flaps and every single one of them has had at least 1 ripped off. I've never had that issue with my WT's. Just blows my dang mind they haven't made their own set for these $100,000 Rebel trucks.

The perk with the black trim is you could still use the double-sided 3M tape with a few of the OEM plastic clips to keep it from chattering. Full strip of PPF still gets my vote if I can figure out how to get it done right.

What wheel spacers do you have? I was going to go with the Micky Thompson tire in 255 85 17 but was worried about the lugs rubbing and wasn't sure if I wanted spacers. I thought about having a wheel shop weld 1/2 spacers to the inner steel wheels but that can open its own can of worms. I don't have a problem with the duals robbing with the current tires but they are only 33.1" tall would be nice to run 34.5s

Ha, and here I am wishing I'd have just gone with the 255/80R17. Only reason I went with the 255/85 is because I test drove a truck with the Carli 2.5" front level, and it rode so smooth that I was instantly sold. But with anything less than the 35, I think they'll probably look dumb.
I ordered my spacers from wheeladaptersusa. Horrible customer service so far. It's been 1-1/2 weeks and they still haven't shipped. Got a tracking # that's doing nothing and they won't hardly respond to me.
They have 2 options. The spacer with just the 142mm bore. Use these if your outer wheels have conical lugs.
The other option incorporates a new 142mm sleeve for your outer wheel if you have flat lug nuts. These spacers are twice the cost and can be impossible to remove. I have a set on a different truck and pray to God I never get a flat on the road because that sucker aint coming off without special tools.
It's all going to depend on the gap your rear wheel combination creates. I specifically went with Ford inners for their higher backspacing which moves the tire towards the leaf pack & minimizes the wheel spacer needed. While a 0.6" spacer may work for me, you might need more/less.

did you buy from wheelspacersusa or wheeladaptersusa? fwiw I currently have a paypal dispute open with wheeladaptersusa. The spacers I ordered didn't fit as advertised, they wont respond to emails. poor quality product and wont offer a return or stand behind the product. Hopefully paypal will take care of it. They were pretty high dollar spacers.

Thank you for the heads up! Yes, it was wheeladaptersusa (corrected my last post). They would respond almost immediately any time I'd say I wanted to change my order and send them more money, but have ghosted me on order status update. The tracking has been stagnant for over 2 weeks. Guess I'll just do a credit card chargeback before they actually ship so they can't fight it. Not sure where else I'm going to get 0.60" spacers though...

Update: Filed a CC dispute and got my money back. Even then, wheelspacersusa never responded to me. I'd given them 9 days. What a bunch of clowns.
Venum spacers have been just as bad. They lack basic communication and computational skills. They claim to offer "custom spacers at your request", and yet making one of their alleged "MADE IN THE USA" spacers 0.1" thicker is an absolute no-go for them. The failed so hard at answering basic emails that I decided to try a phone call, and that was even worse.
BORA/Motorsport Tech screwed me about 5 years ago with spacers that weren't even close measuring what they advertised. The refused to fix them and left me hanging with them. Very common theme with them I later learned.

So, not to derail this thread, but what other options exist besides chyna/amazon for wheel spacers? I don't need wheel adapters nor do I need wheel spacers with a lip. Just a good old hub centric spacer. I quoted machining some myself at about $225/pc. Not feasible. I'm stuck until I get some. Can't install and finish the fender project till I have the spacers.
