You are looking for the GU8 mirrors, but have the GP1 mirrors. The only way to get the GU8 mirrors on the Big Horn is get the Towing Technology Package or the Surround View Camera which also comes in the Technology Package. The GU8 mirrors include the Power Convex and the Trailer View cameras that also do the Surround Camera functions. Trucks equipped like this are very hard to find on the lot and is the main reason I went with the Laramie. I know it sounds silly but a lightly optioned Laramie that I found was about $1k MSRP cheaper than a highly optioned Big Horn I was planning on ordering and came with the mirrors that I wanted, ventilated leather seats, and some other cool stuff. I even found a Laramie with a bench. My truck is a unicorn.

Sorry OP. I have no idea why they do this. Seems like carrying so many different mirrors would cost more than just putting the same mirrors on every truck but what do I know? I am just a guy obsessed with cool mirrors. LOL.
From my research on the forums, the mirrors can be added, along with the control panel, but the cost is kind of outrageous ($2k?). Either way, your convex mirrors should move. Maybe they are tight. Take it to the dealer and make them show you how to adjust them at the very least.
