Tuning options

I am also interested in diesel patriots delete that does not need a ECM swap. My warranty is ending soon on my 2022 Ram 3500 with 6.7 liter and would love to know if anyone else has used their product.

Lots of negative reviews that I have seen
 
not looking for names or companies over a public forum but definitely DM me if possible, but starting to have regen issues. I didnt even know about the ccv filter, so changing that out very soon (as soon as it gets here in my mailbox) and hoping that helps. 22 is regening every 150-175 mi. Originally was regening every 400-600 mi. Im at 75k mi now, never done the ccv filter, but just got the "perform service" message 2 days ago. No CEL but quick google search and lead me to that. If fixed, great, i will continue to follow along from a distance on the forum, but if this is going to be clogged up emissions stuff, for the price of fixing emissions vs weight cutting, im going to go the weight cut route.... if there is someone reputable and able to successfully get a 22+ truck done. Appreciate the DM's that come, understand the issues at hand by making this post, but its all stupid anyways the trucks have to have this nonsense in the first place.

It’s just another junk company… use a reputable one and accept the fact you will need an ECM swap.

So some have said it does not work, some say it does but the big point is their tunes are trash from everyone I have heard. Also look at the tons of clearly fake reviews on their site…

They might successfully be able to upload their **** generic tunes, or they might brick your ECM.

May the odds be ever in your favor.
 
there's plenty of unhappy customers with Diesel Patriots. Do a search, they are using and re-using a hacked-up single tune. At one point, they said "free" tuning if you buy the weight-loss stuff.

I have been studying the no ECM swap delete for a few months now and there is two companies that claim they can do it the first one diesel patriots looks to be a scam company out of Russia. What they do is they sell you the delete kit and then they give you the tune for free. That way when the tune fails they can say oh we didn’t charge you for that anyway. I have heard the no ECM swap tune only last for about 150 miles before it reverts back to the old tune. There is a YouTuber talking about how they’re a scam company in a video and he seems to be pretty sincere. I will post a link below to his video.
With all that said now there’s a second company that’s claiming they’re selling deletes for the 22 and above ram Cummins 6.7
Their name is diesel lion, I do not know that they are a scam but their website just does not look right it’s probably another Russian or Chinese company. My warranty ends in about 9 to 10 months. I have decided to go with the diesel dudes.

if you know what your doing and no probs turning wrenches, then you can do it yourself. Instead of bundled packages. You can find companies to make exhaust systems and tuning separate. I wouldnt use diesel dudes tuning. But regardless, you WILL need an ECM swap on '22+. Its a P.I.T.A to do. Especially if you have the dual alternator setup...To do it properly, you need it to be "tuned' on a dyno (both engine and trans) and then drive it and do a data log with that tune and re-tune on the dyno. Depends how deep your pockets are and how serious you are willing to take it to the next level. If costs isnt an issue, there's PBP that'll actually build and tune your truck..turn-key service.
If is just for everyday driving and pulling a 5th...stick to an emissions-on tune with SOTF from Calibrated (which still requires to do an ECM swap)
Food for thought, if you need to fix something beyond your skill-set and need mechanic work after you deleted. Shops will NOT touch a deleted truck. So be forewarned.
 
I had a 14 and a current 20 3500 both with 6.7 Cummins . Towed a 15 k 5 th wheel . Youhave to factor in other values besides weight . Aero dynamics , wind ,terrain etc . That motor has plenty of power to tow about anything . I live out west and have gone over every mountain range out here and spend most of the time blowing by Semis pulling grades or having to slow down because I got stuck behind them . You don’t need tunes to tow .
