What did you do TO your RAM today?

Trying to - extreme left end of the chart I've got is 35PSI - gives ~2300# ea to cover passengers and any cargo I'm likely to have, just have to air up before towing. For some reason it scares me to go that low on the truck, but other threads seem to match (https://hdrams.com/forum/index.php?threads/tire-pressure-unloaded.16120/post-340726) so I was gonne start stepping-down pressure.

@Rockcrawlindude I see you run this size tire - what are your normal pressures when not rock crawling?
I don’t do any real off roading in the ram (tow rig) but I run ~40psi cold for street use

40psi on my tires is good for 2500lb per corner so it’s perfect for the front of my rig as you can see below 5000lb is about good for my front axle.

I could run less in the rears but I just run 40 all around and the ride is fine. When towing I bump the rears up to 50 psi to stiffen the sidewalls up.

My 2500 weight with normal cargo and no trailer as you see here.

Hope this helps

As it sits right now my truck is ~5500/3700 and I run 55/30 if its snowy/icy and 60/35 if its dry.

Had 4 new tires installed, Cooper APT II, so far they ride much better then FireTrash did, found out that running them at 50 PSI the darn TPMS is not happy with that PSI :(.. The photos are of the tires after 100 miles

I run 45Psi all round with no load and 50/65Psi front rear when towing. On the beach I run 20
Psi the first photo is a close up to show what 20Psi looks like

Out of stock for the moment. Not sure how quick they turn them out….

Sent from me
In my experience, fairly quickly.
When I wanted one they were out of stock. I received a notice about a week later, but was out of town and didn't want to place an order while I was gone. Checked when I got home and they were out again. Less than a week after that, another notification for new stock.

The 12 + 8 you have to pull your speedometer out to get to the security bypass cables. then plug in the 12 + 8 and if your older then a 10 year old your hand won’t fit to unplug and replug the factory security module. The Kaodtech plugs into the bcm which is located under your dash behind your headlight switch and is very easily accessible with zero tools. i’ll attach a photo of the 12 + 8 hooked up where the instrument cluster is supposed to be. the green thing in the second pick is a popular picture of the bcm that shows the kaodtech connections. Soooooo my sheep skin seat covers arrived and fitted them this afternoon.
The plate is my mounting plate I designed to mount my trailor anti-sway power supply fuse, my starlink mini power supply and my four drive train breathers.

Would love for someone to find something that looks OEM to replace the RAM on the tailgate. Even just a blank color matched panel would be nice.

Thanks, I think it would be wise to wait for the Kaodtech to be available as the other looks to be a big pain in the @ss to hook up

Just brought truck out of winter storage (alittle early clearly)! Just finished ram power board install with my own custom made harness as per this forums guidance.
Bought truck new last summer, haven’t used much but have had many rams and this is my favorite.
White one is my buddies, built same day in factory, weird they showed up to northern Canada in the end being built same day.
Info on the custom made harness?
