What did you do TO your RAM today?

Well, not exactly today but this is what I’ve done in an attempt to come closer to the 2016 Ram 2500 ride I enjoyed before buying my 2024 Ram 2500 CC Hemi 4WD w/4.10 differential ratios.

Thuren +2” soft front springs, front swaybar, front track bar w/ bracket, + 1” soft rear springs w/sway bar connecting links, rear track bar, Fox 2.0 IFP shocks (subsequently replaced with Rancho 9000 shocks to reduce the high speed compression dampening), Fox steering damper, Synergy steering box brace, Michelin 295/70R18 tires (to get a taller sidewall and run at low pressures.

For my use, driving with truck alone, occasional 8.5K loaded equipment trailer and 14K rated dump trailer, both trailers using an Equalizer WDH, I’m pleased with the results.

I ordered and received the Thuren LCS Boogie Bump setup and am anxious to see how my trailer towing goes with the extended bump stops and revised WDH settings.

With just under 3K miles on the truck, it’s really starting to come alive as far as engine performance.

I wired Mopar OEM LED bed lights to one of my aux. switches and a pair of LED rear lights to a second aux. switch. I also installed (2) Moper OEM under hood lights that have integral gravity switches.

+ Bed Rug liner, AMP bed extender and Wheelskins cover.

Should drive like a whole new truck.

Elk hunting. Pin stripes, bummer went 46,xxx miles before scratching. Just had paint corrected and ceramic’d maybe a year ago and some change.

Did you harvest?

Had the last of the 2022 elk loins tonight for dinner, yum. Finished up the last of the 2022 hunt except for a few rolls of sausage. Had to make room for this season Mule Deer and Elk. Got a 4 year old Buck and a milk fed yearling bull. Hey, you take what you can get the last day out... Didn't even know he had a pecker until we got to him. Not even a nub of a horn. Crew of 6 took 3 cow elk this year. Made up for last year's skunk.

This is my favorite thread on all the other forums I’m part of it. I haven’t seen it on this sight. If I’m duplicating, I’ll delete! But here is what I did today.
I put on Diesel Fuel and DEF caps and called about Ranch Hand replacement bumper I’m ordering.View attachment 4679View attachment 4681
Where did you order the Ranch Hand bumper guard from? How hard will the install be?

I did quite a bit to my new 2024 Tradesman 2500 w/power wagon pkg this week.
1) Aluminum tri-fold tonneau cover
2) Rubber floor liners
3) Side steps
4) mud flaps
5) Kryptek neopreme seat covers
6) license plates (just got it registered)
7) Soft open tailgate strut
8) First oil change
* 9) Having the dealer install a bigger dash screen/infotainment system which should be here now... just have to schedule it.

I am currently researching brighter headlight bulbs. After having LEDs in my last two trucks the halogens just won't cut it.

Looks like you made a lot of changes. Post some pics!

I ran led bulbs in my halogen housings and they were great for me. I ended up going to a aftermarket projector housing because I kept getting flashed by people. Figure it was time to go projectors after soo many year of it. Here are the bulbs I used for quite few years in multiple vehicles, just make sure you adjust your headlight down they will be bright.

Finally got here.

I can't wait for my 33s to wear out so I can put a respectable sized tire on my PW tradesman, lol.
Looks good!
Yeah the tires on our nissan needed replaced so I got the idea to get new ones for the ram and put those on the nissan. I did some research and from what i was seeing from everyone is that 35x12.5 with +18 offset wheel would clear. The 295/65's work out to be 35x11.5 and I did go with the +12 wheel so I thought with the tire being an inch narrower and the offset being a little more I would be fine. (+18 to +12 is about a quarter inch) not sure if that is accurate... so with that being said, they rub pretty aggressively on the mud flaps . Not happy with that of course, but maybe they will clear by just removing the flaps...

I put that size in the KO2 on +12 wheels on mine no mudflaps and they rubbed just a tiny bit I added a 1" spacer on the coil and it has almost completely gone away
I am picky about rubbing as well
