A guy I know was asking if the '25 will have the head-up display (HUD) as an option?

I have a 2022 with 8.4 non-nav. My clock does not sync automatically. Am I misunderstanding your statement or I do I have an issue with a certain setting? I don't miss the navigation at all, but having to manually change the clock is one of those minor inconsequential things that annoys me more than it should.

There’s a setting in the radio vehicle settings for sync clock with gps.

New 10 blade holset turbocharger
Completely different intake side
New HPFP (that doesn’t look like a CP3)
And I am fairly certain the CGI block has been abandoned and they’re back to grey iron. (Or at least the casting design is different than 19-24)

I can easily remove the bed, but I don't want to deal with re-locating the lights and turn signals if they already have this worked out and legal.

There is enough work just adding on the up fit features that I want without re-inventing the wheel.

I googled “ram chassis cab new” and the pics I saw showed basic Jeep/trailer lights mounted at the rear corners. Not sure if it left the factory this way but that’s what I saw. Hope this helps.

That’s a cab and chassis truck, so they all come from the factory that way (with the basic taillight units mounted there). I’ve never seen an actual pickup (not chassis cab) delivered from the factory with the box delete option, so I wonder if they install those taillights on the pickups too?

If you want a MegaCab you'll have to order it with the box. "Box Delete" (XBC) is only available on SRW regular and crew cab, and also only on Hemi models. From what I've been able to find, box delete trucks are also not registerable as they're delivered as "incomplete vehicles" and require finishing and certification from the upfitter.

The Ram Upfitter's guide has instructions for the wiring and programming changes you need to make if you remove the box.

Is a Hemi 3500 Laramie Crew Cab currently available in the 2025 VOIM? Just curious.

Thanks - I probably should register and get on their upfitter list for electrical stuff.
 
I just went to the dealer today and placed an order for a Laramie 3500 DRW. At this time colors are limited to Black, White or Gray. Also, I was happy to see they brought back the tan interior on the Laramie. I was going to order a Limited Longhorn but went with the Laramie. I got the Laramie Level 2 Plus group, towing technology group, tow technology Plus group and max tow package. Nowhere in the ordering process was there a description or the ability to add trailer surround or wired tow mode camera. I’m a little upset about that because I have those on my 2024 3500 SRW. The only reason I’m ordering a new truck is because I need a DRW for the new 5th wheel toy hauler we are getting. I have all the cameras for the trailer surround and the wired tow mode so my only hope is that the 2025 truck will still have the plugs for those cameras and they will be able to work. Although I’m a little skeptical of that.

My dealer who just got back from a seminar on the HD 25 trucks told me that fleet trucks are able to order now. He also mentioned that the builds won't start until January of 25. He mentioned that as of right now you can order a 2025 HD and you get the 6.7, no new engine until after 26. I plan on ordering a 25 in the 3500 with the 6.7 as it is a proven engine.

Oh sorry I started this thread for Mark Dodge specific discounts & orders, clearly it's grown - but you may want to move post elsewhere in the general order threads. Sorry I thought something was wrong becuase I didn't have an order on our books for today that matched lol
