*Breaking News* 2025 Orders from MARK DODGE **

Are the Ramboxes gone for 2025? (didn't see mention of them)
Yes I seen RamBoxes, but I only seen RamBoxes available on Limited, Limited Longhorn, and Power Wagon. Not for sure about other trim levels.

If I were to order a 2500 or 3500 SRW megacab, with box delete, where do they put the trail lights and things that are normally mounted on the tail gate and box ?

I still want to be able to legally drive it and just add on my own topper / rear box.

Thanks

You’re much better off ordering it with the box and then taking it off yourself. The discount they give you is far less than what you can sell the box for.

Pretty exciting updates, although some better than others.

One diesel engine choice is smart.

Anyone have any details on the new HPFP?
Not going to be a CP3.
Looks like a CP4. Hopefully it’s a complete redesign or it just “looks” like a CP4 externally and is a whole new HPFP design.

I wonder if it's the new CP4 that is being put in the Ram/Jeep EcoDiesel under the recall?

The ‘new’ CP4 from the Ecodiesel recall is largely the same pump. The primary difference is lifter surfaces have been hardened which allegedly is similar to some revisions that other manufacturers that utilize the pump have made.

Took me a solid 90 minutes to figure this out. With the summary, you probably don't need the chart - but that's what I had to do in order to figure it out so you get a peak in my brain lol.
It was all a bit surprising from going from Level 1 Level 2, to now having FOUR to choose from, so I had to break it down.
The chart below is for Laramie only but you can use it to understand the code guide itself and how they nest in, mostly.

Let me know what ya think- and as always feel free to let me know if I missed something!

Don't level 1s have Android Auto, CarPlay, SiriusXM, GPS Navigation, etc.? Also, I've been meaning to ask, what is GPS ANTENNA INPUT (JLP)?

Thanks - Updating - there was a group of stuff actually STANDARD feature that was listed again in 2 and 2 Plus, I've updated the chart post.
GPS antenna I mean . . . . I hate to be obtuse but probably just different antenna allowing for GPS use, There isn't an alternative option or feature in the 3500 guide to compete/compare with.

I was wondering if it is an auxiliary GPS antenna input or just the standard GPS antenna input that comes with GPS enabled trucks. Or perhaps for what appears to possibly be a separate GPS antenna in addition to the GPS antenna in the shark fin. I haul a cab-over truck camper which can block the GPS antenna(s).

Every 2022+ HD Ram has the GPS antenna input (for the compass and syncing the clock). It’s also the same as the antenna used when equipped with a navigation radio, and it will always be the puck style on the front of the roof.
Also for 2025, 8.4” is the smallest radio (which is why CarPlay/android auto is standard on every truck), and it is not capable of factory navigation (ie, there isn’t a nav version and a non-nav version like previous years).

Not trying to derail this thread but does that mean that if the truck has both a puck antenna and a shark fin antenna that the shark fin antenna isn't used for GPS input?
