I'm in the research phase of the suspension portion of my 24' Ram Rebel build and was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Fox 2.5 DSC shocks, either from Thuren or from one of the warehouse vendors?
I see that Thuren offers a kit for just over $3500 that includes front and rear shocks and an e-brake cable relocation bracket. They have two rear shock options - one for their long travel coils and one for OE coils.
I've found Fox shocks with the same compressed and extended lengths that are advertised for Ram 2500 trucks from Shock Warehouse and Shock Surplus for around $2800, but with no e-brake bracket.
I've read the Thuren description on their website and on the CJC site and can't find any specs that suggest the Thuren kit is valved differently than the standard Fox offering for the 2500.
I understand the Fox shock with DSC adjuster is a newer offering for the current HD Rams, but I was curious if anyone had any experience with either kit they could share, or any information about what makes the Thuren kit different, or if there is any difference.
And people appreciate pictures, so attached is the project in question.
