I purchased a 2023 3500 ram 6.7 tradesman with 70,000 miles but got a good deal. Or so I thought. After driving for only 2000 miles my check engine light came on and a message appeared that my exhaust filter was full decreased power see dealer. After reading some on this I tried to get it to regenerate by driving 40 plus for about 30 minutes but it didn't regenerate. I took to dealer and found out it was too high to regenerate and it would have to be replaced 11g per inch of soot. They also informed me that the dealer I purchased it from 6 months earlier had to put in a new Turbo before selling (they knew this upon checking VIN) and due to high milage should of did a regeneration at that time and that I should go after dealer for a violation of the Federal Lemon Law. Any opinions or ideas 3900 plus to have it replaced.
