What steering fluid for my 22 Cummins?

My 2020 Owners Manual says MOPAR Power Steering Fluid +4 or MOPAR ATF+4

My 2022 owners manual only lists PS fluid under the 6.4 but it should be the same for both 6.4 and 6.7 application, which is the same as what @John Jensen mentioned.

Mine says either or but I didn't want to mix. I will replace with fresh ATF 4 since a quart is so cheap.

Do you have a leak? Steering fluid lasts forever

I don’t feel that way, it goes under pretty high abuse on most engines but even more so on these diesels with hydroboost. It gets hot, has minimal cooling, and doesn’t have a high volume. Along with brake fluids it’s one of the most neglected fluids on a vehicle.

I do regular fluid exchanges on all my PS systems.
