Let’s see your wagons with 35 and 37’s

Well, April certainly went out like a lion. Anyways, underneath all that are my brand new Mickey’s.. Baja Boss A/T in a 315/70-17, E-load rated. The tire shop had them pumped to 60+ psi, I have deflated to 50F/45R (cold) but believe I have read in these forums that with E-rated 35’s you are good to go 40F/35R when not loaded or towing. Any specific views for these particular tires?

Anyone gotten denied warranty work because of bigger wheels and tires?

I believe they would have to prove the wheels/tires caused the failure, although I wouldn't want to fight a dealership over the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. What concerns do you have over larger wheels and tires?

Just wondering. Might need balljoints replaced.

Had some MPG decrease after swapping to the larger Toyos.

Because the kaodtech security gateway module bypass cable everyone recommends is perpetually out of stock, I decided to just grab an AEV ProCal SNAP, since you can adjust a select few parameters on the fly without a laptop or bypass cable.

After programming the tire size correctly and going on another long trip I’m back to where I was at a consistent 15.2 MPG on 89 octane.

Just installed the 35s today!

Yokohama Geolandar MT G003 - 35x12.5x17

American Racing AR172 Bajas - 17x9 with a -12mm offset, and installed plain black push-through center caps.

This truck handles better with the 35s and with the wider offset wheel-set.

Good looking rig. I had the same wheels on my JLU with 37s Yoko X-AT. Loved that set up.

Do the wheels clear the fenders on full flex? Do you have a photo from the front to show how much the wheels poking out ?

My Power Wagon is on order, in D1 status, so no pics to share just yet. Can you can run 37 x 12.50 tires on the stock 17 x 8 rims with the stock suspension without rubbing?
No

Stock rims and suspension. Nitto Ridge Grapplers 35/12.5/17.
Are you having issues with the beadlock bolts rusting?

I have the same rims, 9,000 miles on my 2022 Power Wagon, under warranty. Garage kept, in MD. The bolts were rusting like crazy. Stellantis wouldn't replace them. Also, found the wheels to be difficult to balance. I just decided to switch out the wheels when I switched to 35s.

Man I haven't had any rusting issues, I'm in Mississippi and irs been outside since day 1

Man, I haven't had any rusting issues, had the rings off several times, I've had 2 sets of tires put on (BFG;s and Nitto's) both sets have balanced fine. I'm in Mississippi, no snow but humid as hell! I was thinking about going with some different rims, but I really like the look of the stock rims.
