Mud Flaps

Those that have the Husky flaps, is there any rubbing of the paint on the fender flares? The only flaps ive ever had were Mopar molded on my 2002 1500 and they wore through the paint on the fender flare.

I had them on for a few months, there was no rubbing that I could tell, they come with pre cut PPF strips that you can put on the flare to protect the paint.

Is this the XL or regular?
I have +1 offset
But with a 20x9 wheel and
35x12.5

So my tires stick out a little bit

Not my truck in the photo, however I have the same ones which are the XL’s. The ones in the photo from your post also appear to be the XL’s. I wouldn’t do the smaller ones.

Ordered a set of Mopar flaps for my 2024 Rebel and they are the molded plastic type, the parts guy said they were for a rebel but after I got them home they were no where near the right fit around the fender flare area and the bolt holes didn't line up. I'll try and get my $180 back after we come back from vacation. Not sure if they are for a different flare, or if the Rebel flare is any different from the other flares on other models.

Just looked at weathertechs and they say specifically not for Rebels...so I guess they have a different fender flare than the other models.

They were probably for the 1500 Rebel. You want anything that says it'll fit a Power Wagon.

These are the Rokblokz normal length, not the XL on my '24 PW. Install is very easy, need to drill one hole for each front wheel, and there's a pre-marked cutout on the front flaps you have to cut out. The rears say you have to drill but you don't, the hardware fits through where the popit is, and you just put an included backer plate on it.

I would say you can’t go wrong with the Dura flaps. Second set on my second ram! I think they outperform the factory ones and look awesome. They are kind of pricey as someone else mentioned.

Kinda is an understatement...
I just made my own for about $150 a couple of years ago.

I installed the RokBlokz XL
They fit right mainly because of the offset
(Have aftermarket wheels and 35’s)

Factory RAM 2500 Heavy Duty Splash Guards for vehicles with production fender flares.

Have any of you had any issue removing the factory screws for OEM fender flares in order to install mud flaps? The top screw on both front fender flares just spin. My truck is a 2024 2500 with factory flares and I'm installing Duraflap mud flaps, which I've done on my previous two 2500s. Thanks.

Figured it out. The threads on the screws were being worn down by the liner metal clip, so I ended up using a plastic clip/panel puller to put pressure on the backside of the fender flare lip. I think whoever installed those screws at the factory really tightened them down and started to strip the threads.

No issues removing. I have a 2024 PW. I installed the RAM OEM rubber mudflaps with 35/12.5r/17 LT Geolander at4 tires. I recommend using a longer SS rivet than what comes in the kit—more secure.
