As said above they aren’t marked with a rating and as far as I know Ram doesn’t provide a listed a WLL, but:
-my personal opinion/engineering guesstimate based on their size, material, and hardware I have no doubt they are stout enough for a double line pull (12,000lbs).
-I have used them as an anchor for a double line pull with the winch a few times no problem and would continue to do it again with hesitation
-Im fairly certain these are the same tow hooks that are on a 3500 dually (14,000lb gvwr). I would be shocked if they weren’t designed to at least this GVWR.
-As noted above they are not for pushing...i believe this is so they dont transfer all the force into the frame if you are in an accident. you can see this in the design the rear bolts use a slot that is open to the front and the front bolt hole has reduced material in front so it would likely be the fuse.
-I will note the 4500/5500 tow hooks are NOT the same and are NOT compatible. They use a forged/formed piece of bar rather than cast but the bolt holes are different spacing
