Hello fellow members. I’m scheduled to pick up my new 2023 2500 Limited MegaCab from Granger this week. Today I received the purchase agreement for my wife and I to sign electronically. In the purchase agreement they failed to include my $1,000 deposit. Of course I emailed them back and pointed out their error. As of now I haven’t heard back from them. Has this happened to anyone one else when purchasing a vehicle? I hope it was just an oversight on their part and not done intentionally. I would hate to think they were trying to pull a fast one on me hoping I wouldn’t notice.

Did you try calling? Im sure its an oversight and they did not get to the email by chance?

Something similar happened to me with mark dodge. In the final paperwork, they forgot to add the penn fed credit. I believe it was an oversight. I called them and they had it fixed in minutes and emailed me updated documentation. They also miscalculated my tax and title fees. A few months after purchasing, I got a refund check. I would have never known otherwise. I had even checked with my DMV previously and MDs figure seemed to jive with the DMV estimate was. Was nice to get a few hundred bucks back.

Good to hear everything worked out for you in the end! I’m sure Granger will rectify the error.

The broker that I ordered through (not a dealer) did similar, but it was because they had never cashed my check and simply had it stapled to a folder filed away in a drawer somewhere. At the time of delivery they handed me the check.

They'll get it right. I had no issues with that, or anything else, when I picked up my 22 Ram from them last October. Good folks to work with.
