I got the TruxPort. Simple and easy.I have a Truxedo Lo Pro, and I really like it. I can easily get to my toolbox when rolled up. It looks good too.
I have a TruXedo Deuce 2 rollup cover. It not only rolls up, but has the ability to be folded open from the front of the bed to access stuff like a tool box or cargo that may slid forward. I had this on my 2016 and moved it to my 2020 when I bought it last month. Wasn't about to give them that with my trade in.
intended to replace it with something better, but ended up really liking it. Does anyone have toolbox that rests on the bed rails and has a cover? I have a Kobalt toolbox, but wanted to get a cover for road trips. I didn't see many options out there, or I am looking in the wrong place. Thanks!
Mine is the 6.4' I did manage to find one its Extang Access Toolbox. It looks ok and works for my setup. Anyone have one?If you have a long bed truck, maybe using a short bed cover with a tool box up front might be the ticket.

I have the same cover, I like it. I use the front access quite a bit. The down side is having to press down at the front latch pins on both sides to get mine fully seated down. Small price to pay for the convenience of front access in my opinion.

First to your other post - they pay for plane tickets to fly in customers? I wasn't aware of that! One way tickets can be costly if you're less than three weeks out from a trip, and I would think they'd want you out as soon as possible (ie: not make a deal and buy a discounted ticket for the deal to close in three weeks!)
Second, how do they handle tax, title and license for out of state? Do they just not charge you and let you deal with your local DMV if you want, or do you pay your local DMV rate but they handle all the paperwork? It's an important little point because in the latter situation, you can include those costs in financing just as if you bought local, but in the former, you need to have that cash (tax is substantial) on hand when you go to your local DMV. Which means you're financing less, but also putting less money down most likely.
Third and finally, I've read elsewhere on the interwebz that Dennis Dillon's prices are only good if you use Chrysler Financing, if you have your own, all pricing is off. Is that your experience? Are people just paying higher interest rates in order to get these great purchase prices? (Nothing stopping anybody from doing the deal and immediately refinancing at a lower rate, but just one more PITA.)
Thanks. And may I ask, what is your need for a 3500 over a 2500? Just curious about use case.
Last one was a Truxedo LoPro and it was definitely a quality product. Highly recommended.
This time around, I went with Truxedo's Sentry CT. I liked the idea of a more rigid cover, while I liked the rolling feature of a soft tonneau when you don't need a cover. Also, it will clear the camera for 5th wheel attachment unlike a folding panels type tonneau.
We'll see if I like it more than the LoPro when I get the new truck.
