Just heard from my sales person. She said my ride was delivered to the transfer yard today and I am officially in transit. Hope things keep on moving.
Mine did the same as @sugdoc, thanks for the info @IowaPW!

I was told that sold orders had priority in production and shipping, but I’m seeing trucks built within days of mine for sale on dealer's lots here in New England. Meanwhile, mine is either on a boat in the gulf, or still sitting at the port. No one seems to know.
When I ordered mine, my dealer said that my truck would take priority over any truck they ordered for their stock. I don't think he meant every dealership.

I'm getting that error too. When I checked over the weekend it showed that i had been scheduled, then this morning I got through once and it no longer showed I was scheduled, and now I just get the error message.
I just tried and got the same.
Because I know you’re all only hear for updates on my truck.
Regarding the ram tracker, I have noticed when I get that message later in the day my order has some update. I wonder if the tracker goes into a standby mode while updating? But that has been my experience, this is only a possible solution and by no means based in any sort of knowledge of their system.

I've had mine for 10 days now, took 8 months to get.
Ordered on 12/24/21, Ram confirmed the order on 12/27/21, scheduled on 4/13/22, in production 5/23/22, built 5/27/22, shipped 7/7/22, delivered 8/3/22, and finally purchased on 8/26/22.
I am not sure why it took so long to ship, but it did.
I was out of town for part of August which is why there was a delay in delivery to purchasing. I did have the dealer install tint, clear bra, and hood decal in that timeframe so it wasn't a total loss.

Can someone explain to me when the RAM app should work for my truck.... just curious...
The truck was "In Production Aug-31-2022" and was "Vehicle Built Sep-01-2022" ..... I add my VIN in the app and it finds the truck but says it has to be activated on the in-vehicle touchscreen. So just curious when it should work, as i have seen others have it working before pickup. Thanks...

you can call and have the acceptance from the vin into your account, the truck is in ship mode, it won't work until it's out of ship mode. Lastly, some have mentioned that the app also only worked after the financing is finalized and the truck is actually yours.

Mine started working a day or so after it arrived at the dealership and a couple days before they brought it to me.

I think the time frame is still all over the place I’ve been in D status since July 4.
