The tracker doesn’t even show my truck as scheduled, but the forums hero advised I was KZLD. Ram chat has no idea, and my dealership thinks it’s at a local rail yard.

Does anyone know if the Saltillo factory runs 5 days/week? Or do they run 7 days/week? Just curious if I need to be checking status on weekends?

My tracker has never shown me anything but brv10 advised me I went JB on 8/05.

Does anyone know how long the dealership is liable to hold my ordered truck on the lot? My work situation has me away from home for big chunks of time, and I was promised when I ordered that they would be able to hang onto it till whenever (not in writing).
Now truck has been delivered and dealership is saying they can’t hold it till I am home next, roughly 4 weeks… putting me in a bit of a pickle.

MSRP has gone up about 5k since ordering, so I’d guess they’re trying to push me out of it and sell to someone else at the new sticker.

Pay someone local to buy it for you. I would think that for 3-400 you could get an attorney involved and have them close the deal for you. ?

My tracker shows me as D1, but my dealer informed me I went JB Friday night.

I was hearing that the oem rubber floor mats were missing from some orders. I have vinyl floors so wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to see mine had them when the dealer sent pics last week. I am fully prepared to only find one foam cup holder though.
 
My order that arrived August 3 was ordered November 11. Longhorn 3500 with everything but trailer TPMS optioned.

The shipping was about 2 weeks to my dealer. The website updates lag about 48 hrs.

Hope that helps anyone waiting.
