What's the most annoying thing about your truck?

After the first oil change, I have to add another item, changing the oil filter. I was so glad to not have to change the fuel filter in that same hell hole on a Duramax anymore. Now I have to change the oil filter in the same spot much more frequently than I did the GM fuel filter.

EFI Live, EZ Lynk, MM3...
It's not worth getting one if all you want to do is turn the EB on
Is it something Alpha could do eventually? Agree that buying one of those just for the exhaust brake isn't worth it.

Via the tuner?
It might be one of the differences between the C&C and the regular trucks, but my exhaust break remains engaged between startups. The auto settings also behaves differently depending on whether I'm in tow mode or not.

I've done 3 changes now and this little guy has made it mess-free every time. Best $10 ever. Especially since I pre-fill my oil filter too.

I would definitely say fueling it. Over $300 to fill both my tanks absolutely sucks.

Every now and then I'll connect Android Auto and Uconnect keeps it stuck in "navigation voice mode" for lack of better words. When I change the volume it's the little navigation icon instead of the regular speaker. Audio only comes out of the right side until I unplug and re-plug my phone. Has not been happening recently with the latest round of updates on my phone thankfully.

I was with you in the beginning and thought it was just darn weird, but now I dont think its bad at all.
Seconded. I love it now.

Not sure how it'd work I'd I were trying to rock back and forth to get myself unstuck though.

I’m glad you mentioned the china clone of the oem bed step. I don’t have my truck yet but I ordered and received one from eBay for ~$220. It seems well made and looks identical to oem, except that the hardware looks to be typical stainless instead of that galvanized appearing stainless that come with the oem part.

I was glad to see a post by someone who had installed one as mine will wait in a box while I wait for my truck.
There are a couple of YouTube videos on installing them. I did it one person, but at one point it would have been real nice to have a second set of hands. Nice thing about the 2500 is the ground clearance. You have lots of room underneath to get the job done. Easy Peasy...

I still accidentally reach for the AC control thinking it’s the dial shifter.

When I get in other vehicles, I do the same thing and reach for the AC controls but they usually have a console shifter.

Miss the column shifter in the older RAMs.

I am really worried they will take away the column shift in the Cummins one day. Then I'll have to find a way to glue one in.
