What did you do TO your RAM today?

ive been thinking about the same, but i started small things, giving myself $300 a month to start playing ;-)
Yeah, I started small as well, just keeping it under what my wrecked 2021 payment used to be. I went a little over with the wheels so I got to try and not troll this page for ideas for the rest of the month or hopefully my truck gets here.

lol i trolled and i made a list, its at 30 things, the bumper i saw from ranch hands is $3k that one is a little harsh still. i'm not planning on wheels, tires depends on how they drive. i know/seen the reports by others.

Good to know i'm not the only one that trolls just to add to my things to buy/do to the Texas limo once it arrives.

@Slamman18Z @CFE in case you need some more trolling references ;-)

This came in today, having trouble keeping up with what I ordered. Definitely need to take a month off from this thread!

Absolutely 2A compliant. I'll be packing that with me when I go to pick up my truck and will be my first install before I hit the road. I've yet to own a truck that I haven't put something in for personal safety.

My last truck was a CrewCab, but I'm looking for the same thing in the back panel or floorboard of the MegaCab for longer versions of 2A. A friend of mine has a MegaCab and based on what I remember about how the back seat folds down, I'm not sure there is anything for the floorboard.

There is a long cubby behind the seats in the megacab, honestly that was the first thing that came to mind, the long version of the 2A

I think you have the 5th wheel prep. Did you take off the plastic plugs or do anything to the bedrug to make it fit?

I emailed them but I think they misunderstood when they replied: "Yes, You will need to trim the floor to accommodate the 5th wheel."
I would like to cover the entire bed for now, like yours.

Edit, noticed your is Impact mat, not rug.

@IDK_Ram, I was wondering about that myself before I ordered it, but after looking at them closely, I realized that they sit down a little in comparison to the "ribs" in the truck bed.

Once the bed mat arrived, I slapped it down, and the plastic covers do not cause bumps. And the benefit is that they are protected and stay in place, so will have a spiffy look when I eventually sell the truck. Also, I did not waste my time with the Velcro strips for the bed, but definitely used them on the tail gate.

She got her 2nd oil change. Incredibly easy, quick and 0 stress with the Fumoto drain plug. The filter when I pulled it out did not have the cap installed all the way and had a small spill which was easily cleaned up and the precautionary cardboard came in clutch. Amsoil SS 5w40 & Amsoil filter.. added Hotshots secrets Stiction Eliminator (32oz) for the heck of it. At 15000km's this is my second oil change and first one using the Fumoto plug, I have nothing but good things to say about it.

As always and along with the first change, I sent some of the draining oil to Blackstone Labs for UOA and expect it to be slowly ridding itself of the typical sealants and break-in metals. I have stock for 2 more oil changes with the Amsoil and am a big time geek when it comes to this stuff, so the itch to try something else like Hotshots blue diamond 5w40 or Shaeffers is making me think to give one a try. I wish Hotshots Outlaw (big boost in zinc & only for deleted trucks) was made in 5w40 but they have stated 15w40 is all they are going to keep the formula to.

I do also have a nagging thought to try Rotella T6 as I have always had great experiences with Shell brand as a whole (love their stations and always seem to get quality fuel) and I think with all the people using it, you absolutely cannot go wrong.

Installed an S&B intake today cause I missed the Spooli boi noises of my built Subaru days. Also went with the dry filter from my experience with oiled filters and MAFs during my built subi days.

It sounds stock idling around town, but it sings pretty good when I get the boost over 10psi, and the turbo brake is quite a bit more pronounced.
