Very strange - the memory functions for the driver seat and mirrors has stopped working, as well as the "easy exit" seat & auto-dim. About two weeks ago, the "easy exit" seat function stopped working. The seat was in the rearward position & when I got in, it didn't move forward. I tried moving it forward manually & nothing. So I checked the switch moving it backward. Worked fine, but wouldn't move forward. So I drove home (fortunately only about 5 minutes) with seat farther back than normal. After overnight, switch moved things back and forth no problem. However, no easy exit seat - and yes all the settings in the Uconnect are correct. Now I've noticed I have no memory function working. The "set" procedure seems to work ok, but when trying to recall memory for mirrors they don't move. I have done two factory resets and several soft resets. Nothing changed. All other settings are just fine - radio/etc. Also, I have no auto dim for headlights or mirror. Now, the auto dim problem might be my doing. I installed a dashcam & had real problems getting power at the rearview, so may have bent a pin in the connector. Have to check that.....

Anyone else encountered something similar? Any suggestions?...... Thanks....

My memory seat is doing the same thing. Doesn't move back for easy exit and the memory buttons don't move it. It will move manually. It must just be a memory thing.

Might have to take it to the dealer....

Same issue with easy exit starting a week or so ago (5k miles). Wonder if an update got pushed that’s screwing things up

Found out there is an easy fix. Apparently when seat is moved full back easy exit & memory get turned off. So, 1. turn off easy exit in Uconnect. 2. Move seat full back, then to full front, then to full back. 3. Hit memory position button for your preference. 4. Turn easy exit back on in Uconnect.

That did the trick. Seat functions like it was supposed to now.

Thanks!

Good grief - how the hell did you figure that Gordian knot out? Do these Stellantis engineers think their really clever with twisted logic like that?

I don’t know how you found this, but you saved some major frustration when it stopped working.
