Congrats. I ordered almost an identical build in Del Red on 03 Feb 2022 from MD. Still not built. SMH.
 
Morning team looking for some help. I'm planning on taking the 2500 from MD and driving it back to San Diego. I want to plan out the trip and was curious if anyone has a good website or app to plan the trip to include stops fill ups and that sort of thing. Otherwise i'm going to wing it as usual with the waze app. It is going to be a long drive.
 
Is there a link to look through for a shipping list on the rails or boat? Probably been asked before...but ram chat said,

"Thank you so much for holding. I am showing that your vehicle is in the shipping stage however a Dealer ETA has not been provided. It will remain in this stage until delivered to the Dealer"

The only advice I have is to avoid staying in El Paso. Drive straight through if possible and preferably during the day. Van Horn, Tx is a good place to spend the night if it works for you then blow through El Paso the next day.

I had them meet me at the houston airport. I left there between 5-6 pm.
Drove to San Antonio and stopped for the night to see some family.
Slept 4 hours and was on the road in the middle of the night.
Drove 16+ hours that day to yuma. Visited with my grandparents for an hour and then slept for 4 and hit the road.
I was home sunday morning on the CA coast (pismo beach area) a 815 am.

I got the carpet delete and the mopar mud mats and they are freaking awesome clips together in the middle so you can disconnect one side at a time. Im sure that rubber edge will wear out eventually but works great thus far with 3 kids in the back and i can hardly tell i have no carpets wouldnt have it any other way for my truck even if it were a limited out here in the mud and sandy roads im on.

Thanks. I finished up all the paperwork today with Aaron and payment with Marsh today. Getting with Kody tomorrow to get it shipped out. Hopefully It'll make the short 810 mile trip in a couple days.

MD really makes things as painless as possible.

So please keep us updated on your shipping saga. Have you finalized the process? And definitely need to see pictures of the actual delivery.
I’m still keeping this option open but I haven’t heard of many people using this option. I’m 1550 miles to Long Island, NY and still torn.
Hoping it’s a good experience for you

Just got notified the truck was offloaded this morning at 5am in Concord. The dealership said a few more days and it should be on the lot.

Welp Day 3 after pickin the ole girl up and 550 miles later hand calculated 19.98 MPG some light fencing work and hayin shes ready to tow hopefully hookin’er up to the stock trailer Sat for a 4hr round trip for a trail ride with the kids. Just some truck porn. Worth the wait boys!
 
Ram chat just told me mine had been delivered to MD. I guess the tracking system is back up. I wonder how long it takes for them to process it and notify the buyer? Sounds like they got a lot of trucks in at once.

They told me within 24hrs you will be notified and your purchase will be pushed onto the next step with a new contact. They are super helpful with all the phases i was kinda worried about the whole process but just ask they are all so helpful it was insane. Congrats!
