Hey RamCares Krew, can you please try to leverage your resources and provide a change log for the VB6 recall PCM update? According to @Cummins0867 receipt, the PMC is getting updated from PCM: 52401932AC -> 52401932AH. What changes take place with the 52401932AH "H" release?

Update... I received my truck back last Thursday from the 8th repair. The placed the belt for the 4th time, fan support, and bearing associated with the fan. Things seemed to be okay over the weekend. I started the truck this morning and the noise was back with a vengeance. As loud as any other time. I went into the dealership for the 9th time today and they ALL were scratching their heads. One of the mechs said well the only things we have replaced are the alternator, AC pump, the actual fan, and I think one other piece of equipment. I hope no one else has to go through this....

I got a pcm update a couple of weeks ago. It's worse now. Engine surges runs very rough at cold start and seems a little lower on power and mpg. Hopefully this update is newer than what I got!

I also experienced a rough idle after I got the PCM updated a few weeks ago. Yesterday I had the dealer install the PCM update for recall VB6, and the rough idle seems to be gone! The truck is running really well now.

New here 19 ram 3500 longhorn H/O but I have an update on the dj d2 update and truck is running vary badly surging on highway, won’t build boost And what sounds like timing knock on warm up. Truck ran amazing before dealer started touching things was getting 19-20 hand calculated on highway now I’m getting 17max

Maybe they mucked with more than just the update as most appear satisfied with the change. And... welcome to HDRAMS.

Not sure if any of the updates or recalls will address my tranny/driveshaft clicking when going from drive to reverse or vice versa...2500 6.7l

Yes, ask the dealer to install the transmission control module (TCM) update for TSB 21-001-20.

Have u experienced what I'm talking about. It feels like the tranny/driveshaft is gonna fall out... Feels similar to a failed u joint... Again this is on a 68rfe

My transmission was doing that before the TCM update, but I have an Aisin transmission, so it could be a different problem.

Get the truck back tomrrow the service manager pretty might said “we couldn’t get the truck to do what you were describing” and went on saying that the knocking was normal....

2nd vid... Man-o-man that does not sound good... :(
Do you have any suggestions? Love the truck but, I don’t want to be stuck with engine damage because of what they did to it. It’s only got 7k on it....

May be get a second opinion from another dealer and if that fails, contact @RamCares That second video sounds BAD! I would be jumping up and down!
