New toys!

Thanks! Yes, front living. 42’ long. 14,800 lbs dry. Five slides on the beast. King bed in the rear and still plenty of room to move around.

whats the pin weight ? And is that a 2500 ?

That thing is massive! I've never seen a buildup drop so low like that in front of the axles. That's interesting.

I'm going to take a guess at 3k pin weight empty.

Unless they're in house custom built rigs, all drop frame widebody are like that, some just hide it better.

(And I did not notice that was a 2500):oops::rolleyes:

We try not to be tow police heavy here, but Lordy, a 16K rig with a 2500 shortbed is pushing all the wrong buttons.

Oh no. Way overloaded! I made the same mistake when I bought my 2500…I just assumed it could tow anything but it absolutely should not. Upgraded to a 3500 and I’ll never look back.

Check your weights very carefully. I went HO 3500 DRW for that exact reason. I’ve got a 21k GVWR 5er on the way.

Some good informative you tube channels out there. I suggest Changing Lanes as a good place to begin.

Hope to see you on the road soon!

OP has not been back. Wondering what the outcome is? Hopefully all is well.
