I think original poster was referring to being in need of a Manual in a location without ability to download or view an electronic manual. Those places still exist both without Internet (unless you have $atellite receiver) and without Cell Service - I can identify such areas in rural Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Illinois. But regardless of the connectivity issue, you should receive 2 manuals with each truck (1 inch thick Truck and much thinner Radio Manual) in console or glovebox or handed to you by dealer with a pouch to put them in.
Only if it had the power fold mirrors and 360 view like when I ordered the package that they took away.

My dealer gave me a poc with a von at the top , invoice,, msrp,ffp and ep at the bottom,within mins of ordering..took one day for the vin...I assume that means it was accepted.
What sucks is the new door panel for the power convex is $600, Door switch $120, Power Convex switch $25, and then the power folding/convex mirrors..... haven't even got into see if door modules are going to mate up. But I need the power folding because I cannot get in and out of my garage without folding mirrors in/out and im not going to do that on a $80K truck. I did it every day for 11 years with my 2009 3500...

Ask him if he has a problem with the frequency of your inquiries about your truck order and then tell him to keep in mind the Chrysler Survey that you will get concerning him before he answers. That will change his tune. I mentioned survey to my salesman when I requested an weekly update and I started getting updates twice a week instead of once a week.
I'm adding power fold to my 2022 BigHorn that is due in a couple of weeks .....

My 2014 Limited 3500 DRW was a Delmonico Red and then my 2016 Limited SRW was also that color. I thought they looked beautiful in the sun but in the shade they looked burgundy which is a color I'm not a fan of. I bought the second truck the same color because it was the lesser of the evils. Here are photos of both of them on the day of delivery to the dealer. The last two photos are of the same truck under different lighting conditions. Both of them were HO versions.

You left off labor for the dealer reprogramming modules. I would say 1.5 to two hours labor since it's something they don't do every day. Labor rate $100 to $150 an hour maybe more depending on your location in the world.
Yes sir .... However my dealer is doing the EEPROM flash for free since they could not get me the mirrors from the factory. They're also giving me a credit for the factory mirrors.
3 months now. It was for 12 months then you had to pay. It's a nice feature but not worth what they want you to pay for it.
