I finally found the Commercial settings in the EVIC and turned off the back up alarm. I guess I didn’t scroll through the settings far enough and missed it. Thanks for the assistance that everyone gave me trying to resolve this dilemma.
 
I downloaded a manual to my laptop so much nicer screen than a phone and the search ability doesn't hurt. I believe my salesman also said that the truck will have a hardcopy manual when it arrives, as Spud8610 said.
As for the Snowchief suggestion that looks like a good way for to get the upfitter switches. I intentionally avoided the clearance lamps on the roof due to a tight fit in my garage. Turns out the antenna fin is taller than the lamps so I could have had them. Anyway, my truck is en route, so I guess that train has left the station.

It does as far as I know. I thank all the higher trim levels for towing do. You could read your equipment list and it should tell you. I don’t think the Moroney sticker will but it may. Check that first.

My build sheet shows anti-spin but I only have 3:73 gear ratio on my DRW 6.7 HO
 
Oh and FWIW. Ram Connect is free for 3 months then subscription is needed. Personally I think that’s petty for Stellantis to do. Even BMW which does the same stuff on their app is free. Their traffic subscription is also free. And my Beemer was $58k.
I think greed sucks and expect more from Ram then I would from BMW.
Like I have stated in this thread many posts ago. Ram doesn’t care. They should.

With an app they get your email and the right to sell your info to 3rd parties! I read the terms and conditions. I haven’t found the way to deselect all the crap they want to send but so far as I can tell I want none of it but I do want my manual. I don’t want to read it on my phones 2.5”x5” screen either! What BS company does that for 94k! My 2019 BMW has an app and it’s free and awesome when it works. Of course it fails every now and then but only when you need it. What do you think the ram app is going to do! ****oles! Also I’m all the time in places where you can’t get cell reception. At least with the BMW app I don’t get any emails or notifications that there something they want to sell me.

Yeah I really think Jason from MD was mistaken. Surely had me pretty pissed. Then I find out Ram Connect is subscription based. It’s indicative of a company with no scruples, too greedy and couldn’t give a rats ass about their customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t include written manuals one day.

when did your order reach D1 status? CDN here, ordered Dec 6th and i am already D1 status. I thought this seemed quick for Canada?

I will have to say that Mike, Eric, and Randall did me right on the deal at Kim's in Laurel. They certainly made it right at the table. Drives like a dream. I want to thank brv10 and officerdirty for their help along the way and also all you guys that kept me propped up and encouraged me to hang on. This is a good bunch of folks on this forum. Thanks guys.

Mine came with an owners manual for the truck and radio.
