2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I am so expletive here pissed! Stellantis doesn’t think we should get a manual with a vehicle that MSRP is 94k! They want you to use an app! I don’t like having a ton of apps. And for their key connect I think it’s subscription based!
With an app they get your email and the right to sell your info to 3rd parties! I read the terms and conditions. I haven’t found the way to deselect all the crap they want to send but so far as I can tell I want none of it but I do want my manual. I don’t want to read it on my phones 2.5”x5” screen either! What BS company does that for 94k! My 2019 BMW has an app and it’s free and awesome when it works. Of course it fails every now and then but only when you need it. What do you think the ram app is going to do! ****oles! Also I’m all the time in places where you can’t get cell reception. At least with the BMW app I don’t get any emails or notifications that there something they want to sell me.
I am soooooo pissed. Expletive Ram and Stellantis!
The dealer owes you a manual. I believe the part number is 68549972AC

Here is a link to show you the part number exist.

A couple of things I discovered were, there doesn’t seem to be a way to control the backup alarm. I couldn’t find anything in the settings for it so I may end up regretting that option. And the other thing is the interior is no longer what I would call black on the Limited but is a charcoal grey. :( It doesn’t look bad but it could look better. My 2014 and 2016 Limiteds had more of a black interior. Oh well it is what it is. Overall I like the truck especially the Patriot Blue.
You can turn the backup alarm off in the commercial settings in the instrument cluster.

I think it does include the Firestone Transforce AT in place of the Transforce HT. Slight improvement but nothing to write home about in my experience
I already have new wheels and tires for mine. I drove my friends with those Firestones and to say they sucked is overstated. He already changed them out.
Hard copy manual for truck and smaller hard copy for uconnect in glovebox on mine
I think your right. I hope so. I think it does include the Firestone Transforce AT in place of the Transforce HT. Slight improvement but nothing to write home about in my experience

I Think you’ll be fine with a Limited. My truck is a Tradesman . Just a case of not knowing your product and giving you a answer just to be given a answer. Nobody knows how to say I’m not sure sir let me check and I will get back to you on that.
I sure hope so. That would be wrong in way too many ways. As Ace’d said. I’m gonna chill. As it is I’m not blaming the dealer. And I think that Jason is wrong. Seems all of you and my friends got manuals.

Yep....I think there are three simple qualifications for tires on new vehicles.....that they are black, they are round, and that they hold air most of the time. "Whitey" will get new tires as soon as I get it home.
You forgot they must be cheapest major brand in that size.
And as for round, mostly round is more accurate - never could balance my OE 20 inch Transforce ATs on my 2015 Limited

My switches are under commercial settings. It will ask for a pin I just arrowed over on each one of the 4 and I got into it and I can configure each switch

Me too. And it’ll cost us a boat load of money but Jason from Mark Dodge doesn’t think it’s even available! More expletives here! I hate companies that do this. Their billions of revenue isn’t enough for them to stop nickel and diming their customers. If it wasn’t for the Cummins this is enough to turn me away from Ram!

Mine came with one it was wrapped in plastic in center council

With my 2020, the wiring harness came with the truck. Mine was behind the back seat, in the storage area. (Mega cab)
Maybe we are talking about different things. Im taking factory aux switches for the snow chief group.

ok for my fellow 3500 builds does the Laramie 6.7 ho drw come standard with limited slip. i didn't see the option when i ordered. would suck to have 4:10 gears and max tow with a peg leg open rear end.
