That happened to me in October - Truck was delivered to me about 3 weeks after Window Sticker showed up - It waited a bit in KZ for loading on train then again on siding in Livonia, La for almost a week, then again for trucking after unloaded. Could not get anything out of RamChat, but dealer was able to track once on train, then it went dark again from truck unloading thru delivery to dealer.@ACEd , did you get a ship date yet. I too was one of those trucks, sat for almost three weeks. Now I get "shipment pending" with no date yet. Brv tells me its KZLD
No real idea why no ETA - but I might speculate ETAs are assigned automatically by system that assigns train positions and if yours is coming by truck across the birder it might not get ETA the same way - but just FYI, my ETAs never meant much until it was in transit on train and even then they shifted every time I had someone check. That makes sense, but I do have a window sticker. I’ve had it since 12/8. Shortages don’t seem to explain my delay. Most likely in on the shipping side. The truck is coming to a dealer just across the border in Texas so it will most likely never go on a train. May just be a shortage of transport trucks like so many others. The part that is really confusing me is the lack of an ETA. They have never assigned one. You’d think that it would be assigned and then moved back If need be. Just got me scratching my head.
I'm running down to test drive a loaded out Denali it's about 10k cheaper with everything I added to my ram and more.. I hate to but with no reason to skip what I ordered I'm not waiting 4 months with zero movementand zero reasons why. I'll be just as happy with it! I'll update if I go that route. That's what I ordered at first but because some of the options were unavailable I canceled that truck and ordered a Limited. I think I see a trend going on here. Also I don't believe the Laramie that I ordered and canceled has been built yet even though it was ordered first. It will be built eventually since the dealer couldn't cancel it with Chrysler.
Nice looking truck there! congrats!Just got the email from Aaron at MD letting me know my truck has arrived. Still have to do the paperwork and have it shipped to me out West. So probably 10+ days until I see it. But it's good to know the end is near for my July 5th order.

Bored at work today. Tracked my truck to Belen New Mexico today as of about 4:00 am. Moving quick finally. I printed off the BNSF rail map and highlighted a couple of different route options that my rail car might have taken from the plant to where it is now. Anyone know where it will be offloaded to get to me in Vegas? Dealer ETA is still 1/8-1/19.Wherever El Mirage vehicle facility is. I ordered a 22 Laramie 3500 4x4 on 9-21 that should be in within the next 10 days. Was it ordered with the Digital rearview?Edit: Just found out that the Laramie that I canceled is only in D status and it was ordered on 9-11 three days before my Limited. I ordered the Limited with more options than I did on the Laramie that I canceled and its been built and shipped already. It seems if you want your truck in a reasonable amount of time it would be best to pass on a lot of options if you order a Laramie or just order the next trim level up whether it be a Longhorn or a Limited.
Plant has been down since 23rd of December.. im guessing it’s still down…..seems like not many window stickers have been added lately?

I think you either need to wait or reorder another Ram. A GM diesel can't hold a candle to a Cummins. Assuming you ordered a truck with a diesel. Also I haven't owned a GM product since 1990 because of what I think is an inferior interior quality. Just my 2 cents worth.I'm running down to test drive a loaded out Denali it's about 10k cheaper with everything I added to my ram and more.. Employees were off for Christmas and New Years. I thought it would start back up today but this is also when they do plant maintenance.. My truck is half built on the line.any reason as to why?
Hopefully they don't forget where they left off at on yours and something is missed...Employees were off for Christmas and New Years. I thought it would start back up today but this is also when they do plant maintenance.. My truck is half built on the line.
For sure dealers do not get to see the QC audit paper work, that’s kept for internal use only. All the dealer would know is that it is held by qualityI ordered 10/1, but it is not the timeline that bothers me, it’s the furtive answers coming from my dealer and Ram. You’d think that if there was a quality control problem like a run in paint or dent, the dealer could see that in the system and tell the customer. Ram could fix the problem and move on. My window sticker has been available since 12/8, my understanding is that only happens once a truck is complete and I’m guessing that that only happens once it passes QC. The whole thing just smells a little fishy to me!
Not sure if they are up and running in Saltillo, but a few other facilities pushed production out another week and have a start up date on the 10th of january. For both maintenance and parts shortage reasons.Employees were off for Christmas and New Years. I thought it would start back up today but this is also when they do plant maintenance.. The El Mirage vehicle facility is 18 miles Northwest of Phoenix Arizona on Highway 60 (AKA) Phoenix-Wickenburg Hwy. It's close to Sun City.Wherever El Mirage vehicle facility is. And you went through El Paso
