When you build the truck on the website and select Bucket Seats the software used populates a picture of an interior with the normal console not the full length console. Also, for those of you ordering new trucks and thinking about getting the Maximum Steel paint scheme it no longer shows this color available on the Big Horn. It may still be available on higher priced trucks like the Long Horn and Limited.

I have a level B BH with buckets, I have the full length console, the picture does not show that

RamChat should know you can't have a realistic ship date until your truck enters D1 status. To me even at F status, until the trucks exits the assembly line and goes through QC you don't have a firm ship date. Just my two cents......

Regardless it still all comes down to laziness or inability to communicate because the means to track these vehicles today are Top Notch! It all comes down to having the right players in the right positions........ FCA is a very large company with lots of different departments and may need to outsource their tracking or customer service details to a better company. Trust me! If (bvr10) was running the tracking and answering phones/chat lines/email for Ram Chat we would all know where our vehicles were in shipment. He has his crap together! We Members are lucky to have him on this Forum. If anyone from FCA is monitoring this Forum hopefully they are taking notes.

There is lots of missed scans during the journey, how hard is it to take a Walmart scanner and scan the windshield bar code.

That I believe with the missed scans. My truck seems to have had a lot of them. No one seems to know much since it's been built. Dealer or RamChat via phone and text
 
I have received a quote from Mark Dodge at 5% off of dealer invoice. I may go that way but hoping to find a 5% off dealer in the Midwest so that I don't have to fly or have it shipped. I live just outside of Milwaukee. Anyone have a midwest dealer that will give the 5% off of invoice?

So didn't plan on ordering a 22 but with OK loosing 2k on it from when I bought it and getting everything I want I pulled the trigger I've never ordered a truck before
 
Well, RamChat says ETA to dealer is 01/05 - 01/20. At this point, I figure it’ll be closer to 1/20. My issue lies in that I work overseas, 28 days on, 28 off. I leave on Jan 13. I won’t return home until Feb 12. I asked Mark Dodge what would happen if the truck comes while I’m at work. They said I have 7 days from when it arrives to set up finances. Which, I think is kinda messed up, seeing as I’ve waited 6+ months for this truck and they can’t wait a few weeks for me to return home to set up finances! As well as held $1,000 of mine. I can make it happen, but it’s hard. I’m in the middle of the ocean and my communications aren’t the greatest. It is what it is!

Thanks for suggestion. That might do it but I tried that without success - the only part accessible is the lower fixed part of latch. 4 fasteners = 2 ea 10mm hex screws and 8 mm hex nuts

But it is not notched so there is no adjustment. Better to let Dealer deal with it before I mess something up.

I’m in a similar situation as dealer says my truck will arrive about Jan 15 and I will be in Hawaii until the 25th. I would be able to set up the financing from there but don’t really want to until I actually get to inspect the truck first. Told my salesman and he didn’t say anything about needing to ink the deal within 7 days. Time will tell. Good luck to you.
