2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I tried to get level 1 added to my limited when I noticed they clicked on tow tech and it kicks level one out they didn’t notice. a week after order it was to late I’m still in D 3 months later I’ve tried but their rep keeps saying no
yup. called my guy this morning said he just has to order me a another truck. It's a plus though laramie d is back to b and I'm also getting the tow tech group now. so he told me ow tech was 975 and laramie d to be is another 400. so that's supposed to be the difference in price. I will know later when he calls me back.

I’ve read a few times guys going D to C then go to D1 I will cross my fingers for ya that’s the case
Only hope I have is I was told if it stays in C for 28 days "Dec 14th for me" then a trouble ticket can be made and they will put effort into finding out why the truck hasn't moved at all.

What I’m looking for is that small piece that snaps in between the front and rear pieces. I don’t think they make a full coverage fender liner for a DRW truck.
Part #68061033AA is what I think I need, and I just spoke to a parts desk at a different Ram dealer and they are currently available. $54.10 per piece with a 4 day lead time. The same part number is used on both the left and right side.

Appreciate you finding this information! My dealer just submitted a claim and got approved to get me a set for my truck.

Seeing some of y'all call in with wanted additions to apply to a truck still in D status.

What if...and I mean WHAT IF I called and wanted to add the cargo view center stop lamp camera to a limited? I did not want nor need the surround view stuff or trailer park assist nor harmon kardon speakers so I did NOT opt for Limited Level 1 package. But I did get the $945 digital rear view mirror + tow mode camera option (AVF). I did not select the cargo view camera for $345 since I thought the digital rear view mirror could see in my truck bed anyways. Turns out it is quite different. So maybe I want to add the cargo camera for $345. Would it delay my build, or even worse put it to the back of the line?

BTW I have inquired with Jimmy07 and realized it can be added after build, but it is hardly a plug and play add-on. I would need a whole new center stop lamp and and wiring ran throughout the truck. Where there is a will there is a way, but I can only imagine throwing a ton of money that could have been had for under $400 from the start. Certainly don't want to restart my build though. I've gone this long without a cargo camera, I can live without if need be.
I will tell you i ordered Nov 14th I'm still d my dealer just reordered me another truck because he said the system won't let him add the tow tech group to my order. so the wait starts all over for me. he said it should not be really any difference in time. I still got my same price plus the added cost of the 2 options

Seems like most of the 22 DRW trucks I’ve seen posted either here or on auto sales sites are missing them. My salesman put an order in as well and had no issues. No “out of stock” notices or anything. I can update when I actually have them in my hands. They were included on my 2017 DRW when I ordered it.

Earlier this morning, I was not feeling loved by ordering a Limited. So being bored, early and full of coffee, I went thru the tracking sheet to see if any Limiteds were being built. Here are my findings of vehicles with equipment listings sheets that have been reported to the tracking sheet:

August-1
September-17
October-27
November-36
December to date-10

So yes they are building some Limited's and it seems to be increasing slightly. According to the equipment list dates they seem to come in groups around every 4 weeks +/- for a week at a time. This would make sense in order to have the stock for the assembly line more in line with the orders. These numbers also didn't differentiate between 3/4 or 1 ton or the different engines/options, only tracked for Limited with equipment lists.

Retire and bored make for a long day when waiting on the truck. Like some others, I have to consider cancelling and going with MD. I'm 6 weeks in, but would probably save a couple of thousand more dollars. If it is correct that it would come faster to MD to make up the last 6 weeks, I might have to. I need the truck by the beginning of March for several trips upcoming.

Gathering parts,D1 is sequenced for production
This is crap, I was in D the. Kicked back to C now to only be in D again.. no real movement.

No guarantee that your truck will be built faster if you order from Mark Dodge. I ordered my limited 7/6 and it was not built until 11/17. Truck is currently still in the shipping stage with dealer ETA of 12/10-12/24.

You should be close. I ordered 8/28 and my truck was just delivered yesterday.
I messaged my dealership to see if they can find out what the hold up is or why it's not moving.

Anyone else in my situation? My truck was built about 1 month ago now. I still as of yesterday do not even have an ETA and it apparently is just sitting in Mexico "storage" as they call it. What is going on???
Mine was built over a week ago and after no updates, I did some digging. Apparently it's just sitting around at a vendor with a shipping estimate of 1-2-22. That tells me it's waiting for a part at the vendor. Maybe yours is waiting on the same. Mine is a 3500 HO dually with max tow, cold weather and silver package. I'm guessing it's the running boards or 5th wheel.
