Mine took 9 days from Port Allen to Mark. Arrived on the 4th and just arrived at dealership today

I would tend to agree with this, my dealer is in 7 states with 41 stores, while my truck didn't move real quick, from August 9th to delivery it was roughly 3 months, not too bad in today's climate. Was told the volume thing really does play in on orders. Asked specific question when we ordered the Wagoneer, smaller dealer was projected to be 6-8 months versus our awesome dealer who is getting them 2-4 months
When was yours loaded and get away from the plant? Mine was build 11/6 then on the rail car 11/10 right after midnight.Mine took 9 days from Port Allen to Mark. Arrived on the 4th and just arrived at dealership today
Computer driven, but PEOPLE inputted-might be able to wash over the inclusion of power folding, but end up with a Cadillac Pink rig. That all makes sense, but this is all computer driven and can be done in milliseconds. The longest delay would be waiting to hear back from the customer if they want to remove the option or not.
Built Oct 20th. Loaded Oct 24th. Arrived and unloaded Nov 4th. Mark dodge todayWhen was yours loaded and get away from the plant? Mine was build 11/6 then on the rail car 11/10 right after midnight.
Right on for the trailer cams and TTPMS, ship the to the dealer later so they can move the trucks along.Computer driven, but PEOPLE inputted-might be able to wash over the inclusion of power folding, but end up with a Cadillac Pink rig.
If most here can't get a straight answer from RamChat, I'd be a little nervous about changing midstream.
If it was something like trailer cams, I would think they could ship the properly equipped truck, and send the cameras in bag later. Or if it was something non-essential that could be installed at the dealer level at a later date.
Got to be some internal spreadsheet filesRight on for the trailer cams and TTPMS, ship the to the dealer later so they can move the trucks along.
I was gonna get a reqtec. They’re highly rated awesome grills. I ended up selling my Traeger Ironwood and getting a Yoder. Best grill I’ve ever owned.Nice! I'll have to look that grill up. I've been using a Reqtec Bull RT-700 and love it!! I basically do the same now too, cook to my first temp, pull & wrap, then cook to next temp, let it sit for 2-3hrs min and serve some of the best tasting brisket and "dino bone" beef ribs
I’d think that also would be a problem. The factory pays for their labor and the dealer is independent of that. So then you’d have to deal with all the bs involved in the factory paying the dealer. Remember the dealer is completely independent of Stellantis/Chrysler. They just sell what Chrysler makes.Right on for the trailer cams and TTPMS, ship the to the dealer later so they can move the trucks along.
The salesman needs to show up when you're there lol.Got the call today my truck is at the dealership, but its a 5 hour drive and they are closed tomorrow and my salesman doesn't work on Monday, so Tuesday it is. I really wanted to jump in my trade in and head there today, but too much too quick. I am pretty excited a long wait coming to a close...
It would be easy, those are cust installed items anyway, happens a lot.I’d think that also would be a problem. The factory pays for their labor and the dealer is independent of that. I would assume you would need to have the 12 pin connector on the truck?I've refreshes this thread 96 times a day since June but I took delivery of my truck this morning and forgot about it
Does anyone want a 360 trailer surround camera system? My truck came with it but I don't need it. Make an offer.
Yes, but I think earlier it was mentioned that it seemed that trucks build after a certain date or maybe all 2022 Ram HD's have the 12 pin on the truck side....but I'm only about 80% sure on this but this is how it seems.I would assume you would need to have the 12 pin connector on the truck?
TTPMS comes in a bag, Cameras in separate boxes - no Dealer labor involved unless you count receiving a parts pkg and calling buyer.I’d think that also would be a problem. That being said, the factory pays the dealer to do factory warranty work, so the protocol must be in place.I’d think that also would be a problem. I surprised I don't have to buy him breakfast too, and pay for his gas to go to work. These are different days. The salesman needs to show up when you're there lol.
How does your truck come with it unless you ordered it? Is it part of one of the packages? I’d be interested, it not for $1000… That’s why I didn’t add it. Did you pay for it and don’t need it?I've refreshes this thread 96 times a day since June but I took delivery of my truck this morning and forgot about it
