2021 3500 CCSB HO Build

That thing looks good. Did you utilize the block that carli offers with the leaves for 5th gen trucks or just the leaves? Scratch that looked back at your photos you just used the leaves.

Yes just the leaves. The block is only needed when going with the Carli 3.25 kit.

Alignment done. My caster shims are maxed out and they were only able to get 3.8* which is fine by me. If I feel the need, I'll get Synergy radius arm drops. They made sure the caster shims were in the same position on both sides and I only have .03* total toe. I'm happy with that.

Wow is all I can say. The ride is so controlled and smooth it's amazing. @Darkone the add-a-leaf mixed with the Fox's really did smooth the harshness, however you can still tell it's meant to hold a lot of weight if that makes sense. Very very pleased with the end result on ride. I purposefully drove around for a while and found some harsh speed bumps to make everything settle, which it did. The rear is not so high, yet still higher than the front to give it the perfect leveled stance in my opinion.

Truck looks great, thanks for the write ups and pictures. I’ve been wondering about those add a packs as I have a 3500 and would like to smooth it out a little but not lose any weight capacity. Your the first I’ve seen with them. I’m looking to do thurens .5” coils in front as I’d like to keep it close to stock height. Any guess on the difference in height with the add a packs? Thanks

I went with the add-a-pack for those same reasons as you. Now that everything is settling, I would say the add-a-pack sits at a solid 1" of lift for the rear... I really should have gotten measurements lol.

Ya now you know ha so many people want to know because no one has posted info on the install. Search google and YouTube but get nothing ha. I haul a 3000lb camper other than daily driving so can’t go full on plush in the rear. Trying to find that medium between capable and a hair smoother and unloaded. If you hook up anything with some tongue weight or haul anything in the bed with some weight try to get some info on how the leafs do with the weight. Thanks again

I'll definitely be posting how they handle some weight! It should handle it just fine.

Cooling the truck off before messing with the stuff I got from the great white north.

I had to run into town because I wanted to pick these picks up from Harbor Freight. They should make things much easier.

Thought I should give an update with the add-a-leaf and leveling kit. The rear has smoothed out even more with a few hundred miles on it. Again, super happy I went this route with the truck.

Looking good and kick @$$ job so far! Interested to see what it looks like when you put on the cap. Can you speak of or show pics of what you smuggled across the border? If not I understand, keep on rockin .

Thanks! I'm excited to see how the cap works out too. Couple more weeks and I should be getting it. I'll shoot you a PM.

How tall is the truck with just the tires and then when you added the lift? Curious about garage clearance when I do this.

Thanks!

Looks like I'll be having a fun afternoon :D Goose Gear rear seat delete.

I'll be curious to see how it comes out. I also want to see if my in-floor storage will still be access-able. Just a quick look and it seems they are very high quality pieces. The line-x finish is very well done too.
