I just saw this video on Youtube
that the black door pillars on the trucks are just a vinyl wrap and it is painted underneath. Has anyone tried this?
And those armrests.....yuck! LolI think it looks good with the black if the truck has tinted windows. I have a poverty trim truck so mine doesn’t have it, but it’s black anyway.
Hard ol plastic! I am tall so i have my arm ontop of the door pannel so even on the fancy pants trims i would be feeling the poverty plastic! And those armrests.....yuck! Lol

Can’t stand the black pillarsAll but tradesman have it
I dont have the vinyl and they are still black! Can’t stand the black pillars
Mine was a flame red like above. I took vinyl off because it tore and begin lifting at about 4 year mark. Even though the exterior paint still looked pristine the red had faded considerably compared to pillar paint.I like the black pillar. I think it would be better if it was gloss though. It would match the tinted glass better.

I don't think they use as good of paint as they used to. My 2007 looked almost the same color as my 2020 when they were parked next to each other. I wish I had more pictures of them together.Mine was a flame red like above. I took vinyl off because it tore and begin lifting at about 4 year mark. Women are the same with straight hair or curly hair. The ones with curly hair want straight hair and the ones with straight hair want curly hairIt seems those who don’t have the “appliqué” want it, and those who do have it, don’t!
