2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

My truck has been released from the vendor and awaiting a train assignment!
Hopefully you don’t have to wait to long for it to ship out. Looks like maybe our trucks won’t be on the same train after all. My ship date got pushed back a day to 11/04

If the chip issue, 21-22 build overlap, package changes aren't enough to confuse the production scheduler, now a Diesel recall.
Ugg... my first diesel purchase. All my other Rams were hemi engines. EPA will probably outlaw the diesel engine before I get mine. I hope I'm not forced to buy an EV truck:(

Got my monthly update from Sandi today. No change in my status.

I did notice that the latest POC was priced $830 more than what it was back on Sep-2 when I ordered and on Sep-17 at last status update. The MSRP has gone up $730 and the dest. fee up $100.

Hate to disagree with your disagreement, but 58 of the 119 build sheets are Limited or Longhorn (49% of the build sheets) while they make up 31% of the orders (143 of 457).

51 of the 58 built were ordered on or after 6/8
Hmmm, I ordered my Limited on 6/7 and received a ship date last week of 11/11.

But that’s the point. If you want quicker action on a build order…it appears that the two higher trims are the way to go.

Dealers need inventory for each trim, which is why they build and sent those out.
That’s a fair point.

I was just curious. Trying to tie a ship date and production date together. I've noticed some correlation between ship date and delivery date. Approximately 27 days. It looks like the estimated ship dates and equipment listings are really close to each other. Start of production to ship date is approximately 10-15 days is what I'm gathering from the crowdsource sheet. Obviously some are longer, some are shorter, and some are going un-noticed by RAM all together. This is just my observation on the subject. I'm sure someone out there with more knowledge would correct me.
Pretty close in actual numbers, the estimated dates are way wrong.
