2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Greetings all, longtime lurker who reads and learns. I ordered my latest Limited on 10/6 and here to wait with you. I will chime in on one thing, if there was going to be a stop sale involving multiple automakers, the business news would be all over that. News like that would affect the entire market especially causing the automaker's stock to take a hit.

10/6 vs 6/10. Hilarious’

I noticed on my POC it has CLF(front and rear rubber floor mats). Are these the molded all weather type and will I be given the regular mats as well?
Yes. Supposedly very good quality based on comments here. Which is why I ordered them, too.
No. Ordering the rubber mats deletes the carpet ones.

There’s quite a few of us May orders getting the same info. So I think it may be cause for cautious excitement. My build date moved 10/18 to 11/01 but haven’t checked again. I’ll reach out to dealer next week for my 4 week checkup and celebrate then

LYM!

This crypto stickers thing, what is it? I googled it and it seems like it's just a Jeep thing. Does it work for Rams? You just enter in your 2022 Vin and it updates you when there's news?

I like the factory rubber mats a lot.

Seems like the limited is getting built a lot quicker. If you see value in stepping up, might not hurt. Have you asked your dealer if there is an estimated build date?

Not all of them, 6/8 order here so I'd have to disagree with higher trims being built first logic

Yep there is a link on the very first post

Hate to disagree with your disagreement, but 58 of the 119 build sheets are Limited or Longhorn (49% of the build sheets) while they make up 31% of the orders (143 of 457).

51 of the 58 built were ordered on or after 6/8

I'm really interested in seeing pictures or video of a 2022 Big Horn Silver Edition or Lonestar Edition. I ordered the Silver Edition since I couldn't buy a Lonestar outside of Texas (I had a 2015 Lonestar). They are supposed to have their own "unique" grill. I'm told it's the same as a Larmie grill but I'm not sure if that's true, being that for 2022 it's supposed to be "unique" to the Lonestar/Silver package . One huge disappointment is that I wrongly assumed my new BH was supposed to come with the Alpine sound package. Nope. Not sure what I'm gonna get for speakers. Sure hope it's an upgrade from my 2018 Tradesman. NG122529 ordered 7/20 and still in D status.

I feel like build sheet and window sticker questions are asked over and over again, so sorry to be a moron here.

But just to be clear, is the window sticker issued at the end of production or once it’s invoiced and shipping begins? I feel like Ive heard either here or in the 21 thread months ago that it’s the latter case. I’ve got my build sheet but my “estimated” ship date isn’t till 10/18. So I haven’t bothered to check in now that I know it’s began being built until I see it ship. Mainly curious if Im correct in that I can just watch for the window sticker to populate to know it’s left the plant.
Window stickers show up within 3 days after the truck is done and out of the building.

No, you'll have the stock/standard carpet mats.....in which in a Longhorn are pretty nice.

Agreed and they’re actually a combination of the carpet and rubber floor mats. They have a removable square of carpet directly under your feet that snaps in to the rubber part of the mat. You can remove it for inclement weather and it becomes a slush tray. They’re pretty well thought-out. Could afford to cover the floor just a little bit better (like a weathertech) but for a factory mat they’re pretty impressive.
