2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

The window sticker shows my truck price went up about $1500 since Mark Dodge sent me the quote but they are honoring the original sales price.
As they should as a reputable dealership. Aaron told me I had nothing to worry about when I asked him about the price increase

Where does the air suspension decal go? I don't want that. I don't recall it on my 15 or 18 t

I’m waiting for a response of: “we had the parts for your truck several times but have pulled them to build more recent orders first. We would rather have 2 happy customers and one upset customer. Please check back in a month to see if we’ve received new parts to build your truck”.
IDEA!!! Go to the spreadsheet and pic the VIN column, then tab at the top "DATA" and sort A-Z and that will sort the VIN's with simular options and so... Happy data mining that!

Well, here is an update. Ordered my 2022 HD in early June, got VIN next day, put on line early August, shipped August 16th. I was originally told that it was in Lordstown OH in late August. After 4 or so weeks of complaining the dealer told me they were incorrect that it was never in Lordstown but instead arrived in Baltimore on 10/6 and shipped out on a truck on 10/8 to the dealer. Now I might not be the most intelligent person, but I can fairly easily determine that Baltimore is only 3 1/2 hours from the dealer. Even if the truck had to stop at 7 other dealers first, it still shouldn't take 5 days. The dealer seems equally frustrated. I this point I am just plain angry!!!!

My Dad used to deliver cars for 30 years. The company was based in Michigan but they delivered from Maine to Georgia, he would take about 4 days for 7 cars, not all go to 1 dealer, I have noticed they seem to say 3- 4 days by truck, most seem to be 3 hours to 1 day actual time.

What spreadsheet are you referring to and where can one find it?

The dealers should NOT be getting chip trucks
If a dealer wants to sell the higher end trucks they should adopt the model that a few other dealers are using with success as discussed in many post. Along with a return to customer first/customer service and great communication. Couple this with mid level price point inventories I believe this could/would set these dealers apart from the "I really dread to buy a new vehicle" experience to WOW this is a great dealer and buying experience! And sales WILL go up.

Anyone who has picked up their new 2022 HD from Mark Dodge or others, do they come with the 2 year Ram Care program? The build and price tool has the Ram Care logo under each trim and this is what pops up:

I emailed Sandi and she wasn’t sure on this. Said the Finance folks would handle/know such things.

I plan on getting the 8/100k extended warranty either from Mark Dodge or Ziegler.

This was a Texas only ting in the past.

Pretty sure this is a program you have to enroll in which requires a "FEE". I stopped reading at the "FEE" portion :).
No FEE. Comes with certain trim level trucks depends what trim level and if its a 1500, 2500 and/or 3500. Ram Care is FREE. 2 Free oil/Filter changes per year for 2 years total of 4 FREE oil/filter changes in total for Free (well actually you paid for it when you bought your new Ram truck probably included in the price). This is a fairly new program only been around for a couple of years.
