Same. I don't think I've kept any vehicle past about 36k miles. I always start to crave the newest tech. My wife SUPER hates it lol.

I get it. I went from a 2017 1500 Rebel in Mojave Sand to a 2019 2500 6.4L Big Horn in white to a 2021 3500 dually in Granit Crystal Laramie 6.7L to now my 2022 3500 dually Limited/Longhorn 6.7L in Patriot Blue. Next may be a 2023 3500 SRW 6.4L Limited in Hydro Blue. I think after owning two of the Cummins trucks I am done, I really liked the 6.4L Hemi, I actually miss that driveline. I feel that I will go back to a gasser for the final buy... I am 50 this November, the 2023/2024 Hydro should easily get me to retirement and beyond. Hell, if the truck doesn't rot out (living here in the salt belt) it could take me to the grave.

50-dead could be a long time, that hemi will blow up a couple times in that period

Ya know what an extra 9k will get ya? Probably a place in an assembly line.View attachment 23369

I mean it really comes down to efficiency. If there were 100 hemi’s and 20 cummins, they would make the hemi’s so they they can be more efficient on the line.
I would think atleast.

Not too sure about efficiency, I think there is more of a CF going on. I picture them managing production like a 18-year-old manager manages a McDonalds....

I hope so - I ordered a loaded Longhorn diesel on May 14th - haven't heard anything. Ordered it from a friend that is a fleet dealer who ordered it through a local dealer. Got a great price below MSRP but no info from the dealer at all. Guess they figure the vehicle is presold so why bother with customer service? Hoping to someday get some info (or a truck).

That's nuts. The Limited and Night Edition seem to get higher priority from what I've seen. Those must be the higher margin options.

No they don't, I ordered my Limited, no tech options above stock on 6/8 and still waiting yet others who have ordered in September already have theirs, totally random

Hello All, NEW update for my Ram from Ram Chat. Yesterday they said it was "waiting to be released from factory". The truck is MOVING!

Thank you for waiting! I can see your order has been released from the factory and was approved for shipping. Shipping arrangements have not been completed yet but it should be leaving soon! There is no ETA listed at this time. I recommend keeping in touch with your dealer.

Might not get the hydro. My brother just tried to order one and they said the color is discontinued.
